This could be slightly misleading... but the experience was so great I had to give it 5 stars. Ordered this in late February 2016 and use it about twice a month. After a few times using the cart the one side of the wheels would not fully engage, so the one side was slightly lower. The person using the cart never made the effort to fully lock it in place (easily done). Same person loaded it close to the max weight only to find that with the one side not fully engaged and with a decent amount of weight, the cart would collapse on one side. I am guessing that after he did this a few times, the gear broke a tooth or two off, now making it unusable. You could fault the manufacture slightly, because it should fully engage, but my money is that this was likely just as much if not more so the operator error. Having this now past the 30 days of warranty from Amazon, I reached out to the manufacturer to see if I could get a replacement part. They do not offer up this type of service, but when I inquired about their warranty period, I was asked for some proof of purchase and a photo of the serial number... Then Bammmm an email asking where they can send me a replacement cart! I truly hadn't expected this, knowing that I likely was out of the warranty period from them as well. So I have a replacement coming without any charge for shipping or any restocking costs. This all transpired within 2 hours of my initial inquire. I chalk that up to exceptional customer service!

I absolutely love this item and nobody is paying me to say it! It folds away easily and is very sturdy. I am using it for taking groceries from my car to my apt. I also used it to Cary my heavy laundry basket to the washer and also to take out my garbage. I had an injury to my shoulder so this item is so practical. I am sure it will help when I plan to move, but I wouldn’t use it for really big and heavy furniture, but it is able to be used up to 300 lbs!. I gave it 4 stars for folding because it takes a bit of grip to open the handle and also fold the handle back down so if its for you are buying it for your granny who has arthritis— it may be a challenge. I also am concerned that the tabs to open and close the handle are plastic. Although it is sturdy I hope they don’t wear out. I really like the way the wheels fold under so I can store it in my small apartment. You won’t go wrong buying this.

This cart is the perfect solution for lugging heavy items from the garage to my apartment. One of my friends has something similar and I have always wanted one, so after reading the reviews on Amazon, I decided to bite the bullet and get this one. I have a shopping cart but it mainly should be used for groceries since I can't put heavier items in it. I went away this weekend and brought this with me to transport my luggage, a cooler and some smaller items from my car to my room. It worked like a charm and I didn't have to waste time finding a bellman with a hotel dolly! It took up almost no room in my hotel room since I was able to put it in a corner. It's not too heavy either, so I was easily able to lift it into my car trunk. The only thing needed were some bungee cords so that everything would stay on the cart when going up or down an incline. Since it folds up flat it can easily be stored in my apartment or in my car trunk and it takes up almost no room. I have no problem wheeling it over carpet, flooring or concrete. I have area rugs and have had problems in the past with other carts catching on the edge of the rugs, but not this one - it rolls smoothly from the floor to the carpet. No bunching or other issues. It has become an essential part of my daily life and I'm beginning to wonder how I ever lived without it!

We just moved recently and this was a life saver! We had movers take the big, bulky stuff like the furniture, but I wanted to move by hand the more delicate items or things that are difficult to pack. Moving into an apartment with an elevator and looooong hallway from the parking to the unit was much easier with this. I could load it with 2 or 3 heavy plastic tubs and just roll from the garage, onto the elevator, down the hall, and into the room where I was going to unload. Now that we are settled from the move, I am still using it for bringing in heavy groceries (like 24 cans of pop) and I am able to cut down the number of trips from the car since I can usually get everything I purchased in one load. I love it! Pros: Well made Easy to unfold and collapse Very flat when collapsed (I just leave it in the back of my car) Cons: None that I have found My only regret is that I didn't purchase this sooner. We moved our daughter into and out of college housing for four years and into her first apartment using nothing but muscles and many, many, many trips back and forth to load and unload her belongings. This would have made those moves much easier and less exhausting.

This is the second Magna Flatform cart that I have purchased. I LOVE THIS CART. I have done lots of research, and there is no other cart that out there that will compact itself into a nice flat piece. The handle fits nicely into the cart and the wheels flip inward allowing the cart to be completely flat. The cart is light weight and yet still sturdy. Bungee cords are a must for this cart as they allow you to attach anything and everything but hooking the cords to the bottom and sides of the cart. What a great design.

I do field photography and have a TON of equipment to move from my car to the location I'm working, and used to always carry bulky boxes of equipment one at a time to set until my car was empty. Why hadn't I considered a dolly before? Dunno, but when I saw a teacher-friend using one of these to move her materials from her car to her classroom I knew I had to get one. I've must say I'm really delighted with this device. It unfolds so easily, and when you fold it up, the wheels fold up INTO the base, so it packs down to nearly no width, and fits easily behind the seats in my car, or in the trunk. What a savior this has been for my back (which goes out more than *I* do). Now, I slip this out from behind my front seats, unfold it in seconds, stack four really heavy boxes on it, and away I go. The handle is adjustable in height so it should pretty much fit all. I'm able to extend it to it's full length and it saves my back from having to bend over to pull or push it. Really well made, sturdy, and super functional

This little cart has made my travel to dog competitions so much more easy. I love it. Sorry about the photo being sideways, this program doesn't let me edit. But I have two dogs in a crate, a folding chair, a tote, a lunchbox and my purse loaded on the cart and secured with bungee cords. Easiest trip I ever made from the parking lot to the event location. Super on pavement, but will navigate gravel road and low grass with a little more effort. Best part, it folds down and fits in the Prius :)

I wanted a highly functional and useful and easy to use trolly. It needed to serve two purposes - first was to move my injured dog around house with me (don’t laugh; we like being together). It swivels and it’s the perfect size. Next, I wanted it to move heavy duty items and easily store away once dog was healed. It was perfect. Folds down easily. My boyfriend laughed at first but saw it’s use. We like it. Dog is better by the way.

This is the only product for which my husband would write a review on Amazon. He. Loves. This. Cart. We recently moved into a second-floor apartment and use the elevator to haul groceries and trash. If I hadn't bought this cart, those trips would be a nightmare. Even better: I bought these CleverMade CleverCrates Collapsible Storage Bin/Container: 46 Liter Solid Wall Utility Basket/Tote, Black. I have a set of four (don't buy more than that; the stack will be top heavy). This folding cart and the folding crates make lugging groceries home a breeze. Without the crates, the grocery bags and soda cases topple off the cart. With the crates, everything stays put. It's a great, back-saving system and the crates and this cart store easily in our trunk. Tip: don't load the crates at the store; load them when you return home (this seems obvious, but, well. It wasn't for me.). I have told everyone in my building about this clever system. Totally worth the money.

I lived in a large building and my parking space was pretty far from my actual apartment. When I was moving out, I wanted to take personal and breakable things myself and not give them to movers. I made about 15 trips out with this, stacked with things - and 15 more trips in to my new place. I really got great use out of it - avoiding having to constantly borrow the building carts, which weren't even as easy to steer as this was (luggage carts have locked wheels on one side for stability and are the worst to move). I have a big plastic container that is the exact dimension of this which also makes things easier. And standard bankers boxes fit exactly on top, side by side. I can't believe I didn't find something like this sooner.
