Perfect for spit happy babies!

This has saved me SO many washes! It's water resistant, not water proof, but my little guy has reflux and is spitting up CONSTANTLY. For the smaller messes it's so great to be able to remove the outer, wipe this off and put a fresh cover back on rather than worrying about how much is soaking into the pillow and having to wash the whole pillow regularly. Definitely recommend.

Does the trick!

Got a hand-me-down Boppy from my sister and wanted a cover that would keep it clean and this does the trick! The cover is a true white, not grey or blue-ish like the picture shows which I am happy with. It comes with a loooong tag full of warnings attached to the cover. I was using that as a handle to lift it, but that caused a tear. Not bothered by that because I just sewed it up while baby was napping one day! Word to the wise.

This is the only cover I should have gotten. I have a LOT of milk, and the plush covers just immediately get soaked. This thing is a workhorse, and it's the one I use all the time. It would be great if it also came in some cute colors, but I'm just so glad it's water-resistant! In response to the people saying it is not 100% waterproof- that is correct, but think about it for a second. In order to be 100% waterproof it would have to be like a plastic bag, and that is obviously a safety hazard. This cover manages to be water-resistant, but also breathable. In my experience, if the baby gets a little bit of spit-up on it, you can quickly wipe it right off with a burp cloth and everything is fine. If you don't get to it right away, or if it is a torrential spit up (the kind that soaks all the way through your shirt), it is not going to save you (or your underlying Boppy pillow) from that. But that is ok, this still meets my expectations!

It's as perfect as the day we got it

If you have a hoppy pillow that gets regular use, this water resistant cover is a must have! We have this spill proof cover on our pillow with a normal cover over that. The pillow has been puked on, peed on, pooped on, spilled on (water, juice, tea, breastmilk, formula... baby and I are both clumsy it seems!). The actual pillow itself has never seen a blemish. It's as perfect as the day we got it! The cover washes easily and can be bleached if you care about keeping it white. Since we keep it under another cover, the stains don't bother us, but it doesn't hold stains too much anyway, which is great. We just toss it in the washer and dryer with regular detergent, and it's pretty much good as new!

Absolutely essential!

I love my boppy!! I cannot say enough about how much I have used it and love it! I brought it to the hospital wondering if it was really worth the effort and boy was it ever. It was hard for me to find a good position with large boobs and such a tiny baby. The pillow helped out tremendously. The waterproof cover is essential for all the milk and drool and spit up that inevidently ends up on it. I have a couple of covers too but the water proof cover goes on under that and protects the pillow. Otherwise, you'd have to wash the pillow frequently and I'm not sure I want to be without it for that long!

Boppy saver

This cover will absolutely save your Boppy pillow from spit up, diaper explosions, and spilled milk/food. Worth every penny. I also like how easy it is to take off and put on. I wish the regular covers were designed like this one because it's way easier to put back on than the regular covers. And it's not too bulky so your regular cover goes over it no problem.

Great protection for a great pillow

I already owned one of these protectors when I used my Boppy the first time for a year and a half. Now I'm getting ready to use it again and I knew an extra protector would be great. I always put the protector on first, then a colorful cover, and the protector has kept the pillow clean and dry through a LOT of messes. Washing is easy, and my first protector is still in awesome shape.

Must Have for every Boppy Owner

MUST HAVE ITEM!!! I LOVE my Boppy Pillow for nursing, but sometimes while nursing my other breast will leak and soak into the pillow. I kept having to wash my Boppy AND the cover, which seemed counter intuitive as the whole point of a cover is to not have to wash the pillow right?! I bought one of these and put it underneath every cover! Totally resistant to fluids and the cover still fits over it! If you buy a Boppy then you MUST have one of these!

My baby threw up on my bobby and it went through the decorative cover. I washed the bobby and IT FELL APART!!! Do not wash your bobby. I bought a new pillow and this cover. I'm so glad I did. Now I can wash the waterproof cover. Nothing has gotten through to the pillow so far. Every once in a while, I just toss the pillow into the dryer to sanitize it, but I don't have to worry about NEEDING to wash it because of this protective cover. Make sure you buy this if you have the poppy pillow. Don't make the same mistake I did.

If I sit normally on the couch I do have to hold my baby and rest my arms on the Boppy to make sure he can nurse comfortably. I love it and definitely recommend

The Boppy has been very helpful for nursing! A couple of my friends mentioned to me that it didn't fit well around them so I wasn't sure how it would work for me… I am a size 12, athletic build, and not very buxom=) The Boppy fits snugly around my body style/size and keeps my baby from sliding down and high enough to keep me from having to prop him/and or the pillow up when I sit Indian-style. I developed tendonitis in both wrists so this is even more a lifesaver now! If I sit normally on the couch I do have to hold my baby and rest my arms on the Boppy to make sure he can nurse comfortably. I love it and definitely recommend.
