Easy way to build a firewood rack
These brackets have to be the easiest way to quickly build a firewood rack. I was done in just minutes after getting the pieces of wood cut to the directed lengths. I did not use the screws provided because I was using green treated lumber and I was unsure of the corrosion resistance of them. Instead, I used WoodPro fasteners AP8X112. They are for sell on Amazon but I didn't purchase them from Amazon. Link to the screws listed below. https://www.amazon.com/WoodPro-Fasteners-AP8X112-1-Construction-210-Piece/dp/B00EDMHKVI/ref=sr_1_2?crid=2ZVHMPTFIGIB4&keywords=woodpro+fasteners&qid=1559312209&s=gateway&sprefix=WoodPro+%2Caps%2C161&sr=8-2 Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Very easy to build a firewood rack using these brackets and ...
Very easy to build a firewood rack using these brackets and you can pretty much customize to any size you want although you will need to make your own middle support brackets for lengths of 6 foot or more to prevent it from sagging in the middle. I think I made mine 72 inches long and 40 inches high just to stack wood for our backyard fire pit. I know I only paid about $8 on Amazon, but saw this same setup at our local hardware store for about $25.

Perfect, quick and easy!
I used this kit to build a 4 foot long and 3 foot tall firewood holder tonight. Instructions were very clear and the assembly time was very short! You'll need to buy your own 2x4's and have a table saw handy, but I actually enjoyed using this product and assembling it! All in all, with cutting the wood, I spent about 20 minutes putting this together. I may even buy another one to build a larger firewood storage system!

Easy to assemble- holds tons of wood.
I like the fact that this is adjustable, just cut your 2x4 to whatever length you need. We cut it the same size as our wood stove just to make it look nice. It hold quite a bit of wood. Now if I could just get my son to keep it full. Edit: went out and bought another one of these to put on top of the existing one. It is great that they are modular. Now we put the kindling that we split to start the fire on the top rack and the logs for the fire on the bottom. Next year we plan on getting these for the outdoor wood pile so it doesn't end up falling all over the place like it did this winter. Still giving it a 5 star rating. Product came fast and was very easy to build
Product came fast and was very easy to build. Comes with instructions if needed and what size 2x4 you need. Would recommend if making it 8ft in length to put one or two supports under the middle as it will bow when wood added. Great price and easy to do yourself that you know will last.

Excellent product for the money
Works great. Built two 8-footers using 6 sets of these (3 sets each). Using a set in the center is key for stability. To build the way I did, you need the following: 4 2x4x8' 6 2x4x4' 4 2x4x44" Follow instructions for the bottom (using the 44" pieces on the sides and one 8' piece in the middle) and then use 3 8' pieces for the top. The 4 footers are the vertical pieces. Make sure they cut your pieces right at the store (don't assume the 2x4x8 is perfectly 8 feet, have them get them exactly right). I didn't have a saw at home so this was important. You will also want a drill to drive the screws.

use 4x4x6's, NOT 2x4s for the base. 3 sets of these is enough to hold a full cord and then some.
Works great! able to throw together a 72cu/ft wood rack together in under an hour. I bought 3 sets, and made them into two long span (with 3 sets of vertical 2x4's each) wood racks. I also used 2 4x4x6' spans between each upright which is more than enough strength to hold a quarter cord of wood. Together, (assuming you're getting 1.5' cuts of wood) will a little over 128cu feet of wood, which is one cord. See photos. you'll need 3 sets of these brackets if you need to hold a full cord. I also suggest you use lag bolts to attach the upright 2x4s to the 4x4's for added strength. the included screws are a joke for keeping it all together. for the center span, I just toenailed together with a few 3" deck screws.

Customizable Length for Wood Rack
We have a lot of firewood. This system allows you to purchase your own wood to make your rack. I needed a lot of firewood storage so I used 8 foot sections instead of 4 foot long sections thereby doubling the storage capacity of the rack. I used two concrete blocks under the bottom for support and keep the bottom from sagging under the weight of the stacked wood. Works great - keeps the wood off the ground and neatly stacked.

Easiest way to build a rack.
For the price, this is just a really great way to put together a rack. By the time you go to HD and buy some angle brackets, it's going to quickly add up to more than this. I have it stacked to the top with wood (standard 2 x 4's, so 8 feet long and 4 feet high) and after 3 months I have no spreading at the top. You do need to stick a scrap of wood underneath the middle though, as that will sag. But that's the wood, not the bracket.

Very simple and strong!
These are so simple, really easy to setup. I think some of the reviews where people have broke might be due to them not reinforcing the structure? I used these to essentially frame my racks, but then I reinforced everything with some 9 gauge deck screws. I also added some cedar planks as strapping along the back of it. This thing is a beast and should last for a long time!
