I give these to my African cichlids occasionally to provide them with variety and a change of pace. They float nicely on the top at first, then sink. The fish go crazy for them.

My betta didn't eat for a week and a half after I brought him home. I tried pellets, I tried food shaped like worms (all the cheap stuff you can find at any store). He never even acted like he knew it was food. I put a little heater in his tank. I even added a little aquarium salt to de-stress him. All of this made him happy enough to make a bubble nest but he still would not eat. When these arrived he had not eaten for two weeks. I fed him these and he immediately swam up and ate them with no hesitation. Now he eats twice a day and is a happy little guy.

My feeder fish that are now huge since my turtle couldn't catch them, really enjoy these worms. My turtle likes them too and I don't have the fear of her getting anything from them since they are freeze dried.

I buy this for all my fish. Oscars, Cichlids, Angel fish. And Frontozas. Even my Corey's love it. I do the 3 month subscription so I'm sure not to run out.

This is great food. The fish love it. I will be buying it again, and probably in a larger container. The adult fish gobble it up, but what I like best about this is that you can rub it into powder with your fingers very quickly, and then feed it to even the tiniest, youngest fry. One problem, though: This food makes me sneeze. Even when I wash my hands after I feed the fish with it. I definitely do NOT rub my eyes or touch my face after I use it - learned that the hard way. I have observed what I did very carefully over a dozen times and it is definitely this food that makes my nose and eyes swell up. The eyes aren't too bad, and though it makes me sneeze, that passes in about 20 minutes. Other than it, its a great, affordable food. The ingredients list is nice and short: "Blood worms, Vitamin E supplement" and that's it. The analysis has the food with 55% crude protein, 3% crude fat, 5% crude fiber and 5% max moisture.

My fish, Splash, loves them. He is still a growing boy, so some of them seem larger than him when engulfed with water. A small price to pay for him as he enjoys swimming fluidly around his private grotto enjoy freeze dried shrimp.

This stuff is pretty expensive but I was desperate to try anything for hatchling spotted turtles that wouldn't eat pellets. They would eat frozen blood worms but sometimes that is not always easy to get. So I bought this and it worked well. I wouldn't use this long term because of the cost but it worked long enough where I was able to mix it will pellets where they now eat the pellets

I have a small school of hatchetfish that show more enthusiasm for these than any other food. They gobble them down whole, even though the bloodworms are about a third the length of the fish. That said, this food may be too large for very small fish (less than one inch), and it doesn't really crumble into smaller pieces. It also tends to float, so it's probably best for surface feeders.

I bought these for my betta fish after I found that he didn't like pellets. He is in LOVE with these. Every time I take out the container, he swims up to the glass and pounces on the worms like they are alive. Great product, and is keeping him very healthy.

My fish tear this stuff up. It isn't as good as fresh or frozen bloodworms but that doesn't seem to make a whole lot of difference to them. I clicked on the 5 star for flavor but never tasted them myself.... lol..... but from the reaction of the fish it deserves that rating I would dare to say. I have endlers which are very much like guppies so that is the tank I give this product to. I have a few other tanks that the fish are too big for this... cichlids if you know what they are. I could probably put some in there but I think that would just make a mess in that tank... so I stick with giving this to the endlers. Gone within minutes.
