• A magnetic stylus is the pen, the bead board the paper, your finger the eraser; the pull of the magnet engages sense memory in early writing lessons
  • Explore creativity and learning with sensory-reinforced play; the stylus pulls the beads to the surface with a solid click revealing your creation
  • Learn letters and numbers, uppercase and lower, print and cursive; trace the numbered arrows as the stylus pulls the beads up to form a solid line
  • Push the beads down with a finger or the pen side to erase and start over; the beads are completely self-contained and do not come out of the board
  • Made from the highest quality ABS, with a storage slot for the stylus, for ages 3+

What can I say other than this is a great toy to have on hand. My son is almost two and has loved being able to play and trace letters. It has improved his gripping skills and has helped supplement his letter learning. We had a play date with another 2 year old and she was immediately drawn to it. We ended up getting her one as a gift. Cheers to a great learning tool.

I love these! Such great quality, makes practicing writing a fun activity for my toddlers. Definitely recommend waiting for a deal to buy, but it is worth the price.

We own three of these magnatab sets. We have the uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers boards. We’ve had them for four years and they are still in great condition. We used them to help our oldest learn how to write and are now using them with our preschooler. They are of excellent quality and a great writing tool to have for homeschoolers. The boards are also very easy to clean. When they inevitably get a bit dirty, we just use one of those pressurized air cans to clean the little holes out and the boards are just like new. The little magnetic pen is sized just right for small hands and is very easy to grasp. Excellent product.

I just also purchased both the upper and lower case cursive hand writing alphabet ones for my children (5 1/2, 8 and 10 year olds) and for my daycare (2 1/2-5 year olds). They love the magnetic aspect and their interest is held for quite some time (they’ll practice on these for anywhere from a 1/2 hour to an hour just for fun)! These are highly effective in encouraging and establishing pre-cursive writing skills, basic fine motor skills and refining existing writing skills, at each stage of development for the age groups I’ve mentioned above. I wish I’d had these when I was overseeing the preschool and lower school curriculum for two private schools for five years prior to starting my daycare/homeschool co-op. I’ve had these- upper and lower case alphabet handwriting ones for a number of years (before purchasing the cursive ones now as well) they are a favorite amongst the children I care for and they still look practically new. My youngest has been writing (handwriting) all the letters of the alphabet since she was 3 1/2, greatly due to these products, in conjunction with handwriting work sheets and “write and wipe” products, after her introduction to handwriting using these products (the same goes for the children in my care). She’s already writing cursive letters of her own volition after using the cursive ones for only a few days, with no other cursive writing practice sources. I highly recommend these!

Got it for our son entering Pre-k in the fall, but it has been a surprise hit with our 1.5-year-old. One kid uses it to practice his letter strokes, and the baby kid loves poking at the holes with the magnet pen and pushing them back in with his fingers one by one.

*BIG hit ! (girl, 3years 3 months) The Letter & number tablets held her attention for 45 minutes before bedtime. After I worked w her on the letters and the numbers, she had to pretend to be the teacher and teach me! 😂 Of course she didn't want to go to bed... She did sit still in the rocking chair w me( loved that ! ) *Excellent for beginning stroking skills. *Challenging, will take time to develop. *Perfect for beginning readers and writers. She stroked letters, A- F then wanted to drop down to letter M to continue stroking letters. The magnetic board made it easy to redirect her thinker to travel to the next row on the left side of the board and continue writing from letters F to G. She's practiced this several times..she's learning how to read left to right!!! I enjoyed watching her learn and this made it easy for me to interact w her. It's just fun to play with, write with, pop the magnets in and out, wipe the board with the magnetic pen and pop the magnets down. I applaud it's not a computer program or ap providing this enthusiasm. I don't recommend giving this to a child without previous writing or reading direction. It would not be in the best interest of the child to use this without guidance. I wouldn't want someone to miss the opportunity to help teach an important foundational activity to a young child. Begin now, early to train the brain to work Left to Right in both reading and writing . You'll quickly see the payoff early as you watch reading and writing skills emerge and be practiced....a lifelong skill. I think she'll enjoy this for awhile. A sound academic and fun interactive reading and writing toy/tablet/tool.

My kids love this! and it is helping them so much! The motor component of feeling the magnets lift up is reinforcing the formation of the letters that they struggle with the most!

These are great for kids to learn the alphabet!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my kids and it helps so much with spelling ABC and makes it easy for learning.

My students are so intrigued by this product. I need to buy more!
