Great jacuzzy. Very easy the first steps. Comfortable jacuzzy to 2 adults and 2 children.

This is a great hot tub, energy efficient, only increased by electric bill by about $1.00/day even in the coldest days of winter. Easily fits 4 adults, 3 are a bit more comfortable. Easy to clean: I use silver and chlorine/shock. Easily maintains temperature of 104 to 106 degrees which is perfect. Easy to maintain, easy to use: I love it-a great deal for the price and just plug it in and go!

I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the hot tub has turned out to be a fantastic value. The fit/ finish and craftsmanship is outstanding. It does exactly what I was hoping it would do and at a great value. There's really only been one negative associated with the experience which was dealing with the freight delivery company R&L Carriers. If you have the option of using someone else I'd vehemently suggest it. The tub came in quickly and R&L reached out to me to schedule delivery...actually more like they were dictating when they were dropping it off regardless of my schedule. They told me 11-3 the next day or come pick it up myself and when I expressed that I'd actually be at work during that time their response was 'well then we'll just send it back". When I inquired about an alternate time or date they just said 11-3. Completely unhelpful. Worst part is their freight terminal is about 5 minutes from my house. When I called the shipper they didn't have much else to add. So, I prepared to take time off to meet them...again, between 11-3pm and they promised to call 1 hour before delivery so that I could leave work and drive 30 minutes home. Of course at 10:30 the next day I got the call that they had already arrived and they were wondering where I was! Lesson learned was the next time I purchase anything like this on line, I'm going to ask who the freight company is and if it is R&L then I'm going to pass. Hope this helps someone. Have low expectations on delivery...but the product is fantastic!

So far so good! Loving it! Nice to come home and jump in! Put hose in and made sure there was no leaks and it was a go!

Everything it promises. Extremely happy with this purchase. There are multiple posts about how it only fits two people. Not so. We fit four regular 6’ adults very comfortably.

I don't generally write reviews, but I had to take a moment to say a few words about this. After reading quite a few reviews that helped out, hopefully this one might a bit too. Took about 3 weeks round trip from the day I ordered it, to the day it was delivered. We had a snow storm in the East which may have delayed it a few days. The freight company called about 3 times to keep me informed of what was going on with delivery. It showed up with 3 guys that were nice enough to unload it off the truck and put it in place on our deck. We tipped them for doing this. The tub is pretty light. You can move or carry it with 2 reasonable strong people. Ours came shrink wrapped and after taking the wrap off I immediately noticed, that ours came with 20 jets, which is a little more than advertised. This truly is a plug and play. Filled it with the hose which started at a balmy 57 degrees, and in the 40 degree weather, it was up to 104 in 24 hours. The waterfall feature is nice, and the color changing LED. The tub is a bit on the small side for 4 adults would be pretty cozy. It's great for 2, or 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids. The plug has a GCFI built in, so plug and play. The manual recommends a dedicated 15 amp circuit, which we put in. Others have stated it pulls about 11 amps, and that seems about right. I can't comment on the hike in electricity, although everywhere I've read seems to be about $15-20 extra a month. For the money, this spa is 150% worth it! Buy it, use it! you'll love it.

Update July 7, 2018: Well, I guess after 6 years of trouble-free operation, something had to go wrong. It seems like the control panel may have failed. I plug it in, bump the temperature down from 100 (I keep it as cool as I can get it in the summer). It gets through it's turn-on cycle, but then keeps turning on and off, and when it turns off, it resets the temp setting to 100 as though it is actually losing power. Not sure what I'm going to do or who I can call... Received my Lifesmart Rock Solid Simplicity spa right on schedule, so no issues there. I was a little worried about delivery, because they went out of their way to let you know that this is a "curbside" delivery only, and that all the shipping company was required to do was to get it off their truck. Turned out to be a non-issue in my case, however. Delivery company driver was very accommodating, and backed his truck through my front yard to my back gate, and then got it inside my back yard which is all I could have asked for. Heated up from 61 to 104 degrees in about 24 hours, which I thought was pretty good for a lower powered heater like this has. When they say "plug and play" they mean it...literally add water, plug it in, and you're good to go. As the title says, for this kind of money, you're not going to beat this when you factor in quality. Couple issues to be aware of: The power cable and the door to access the pump and other equipment are in the same location. That means if you're putting this thing in a corner...on a deck or whatever...that you have no choice but to have the cable exposed and in your way no matter how you position it, because you have to have access to the door where the pump is. A little more thought should have gone into this. That said, the cable and plug itself are very nice -- plug even has its own GFI built right in as an extra safety feature in case you're an idiot and plug this into a non GFI outlet. You have to attach the strap holders for the cover yourself. Not a big deal however when you get a brand new nice molded spa like this, the last thing I want to do is to drill holes into it. While I realize they don't want to attach those plastic pieces onto the shell and then ship it and have them knocked off, the simple step of pre-dilling the holes would be nice. Not only would it save you from having to do it, but it would insure they are in exactly the right place. Although my spa came with an installed ozonizer, no instructions or even any information about it was provided. I've never had one of these so I have no idea what it does, how to maintain it, whether it wears out, how to test it or anything else. This is just sloppy. This is a small spa. Pay no attention to the number of people they claim can fit into this. Two adults is fine, although you're still almost on top of each other. Four normal sized adults in this tub would be ridiculous. That said, this IS a perfect spa for one or two people That's it for now folks...I'll update this review as I discover more. Updated a month later: Loving my spa...I use it every single evening. It definitely does make a dent in your electric bill, but any spa does. I don't have enough bills to indicate what the average increase will be, but I'm guesstimating about $50 a month to keep it at 104 degrees in a fairly mild climate in the spring (richmond, va). For the price, you really can't beat this. December 2013 - Well it's now going on two years, and still working perfectly! Seriously, This thing just works and for the price, it really can't be beat. Changed my rating to 5 stars because if this isn't a 5 star purchase, nothing is. April 2015 - So, how often do you buy something like this that lasts with no issues? Now roughly four years after my purchase, and everything still works perfectly. I have replaced/repaired nothing, it just runs. I keep it at 104 all fall and winter and then let it drop to 80 in the warm spring and summer. Rinse/replace the filter once in awhile depending on load, add chemicals and you're literally set for years. April 2017 - And, two years later virtually nothing has changed. Everything is working perfectly and nothing has been replaced. The only thing beginning to wear is the keypad, but otherwise, this thing has worked like a charm. January 2018 - Well, I guess it had to happen. I put the spa into "Sb" mode for the winter which is supposed to deactivate all functions EXCEPT freeze control. Problem is, freeze control didn't kick in and now I have a fully filled spa which I could almost skate on. Hopefully it will survive what is an exceptional week of low temps in VA and thaw out enough to I can run the pump and get it back up into at least the 60's. The moral of the story is 1) if you're not going to run the spa at temp in the winter all the time, drain it and use a wet vac to suck the water out of the pipes and tubes. 2) don't rely solely on the freeze control in the unit. To be fair, it's 6 years old and has functioned perfectly until now, so I hold myself responsible if there's any damage, not them.

still going strong 2 years later, with no mechanical issues. was able to get moved into place by 1 delivery man with a dolly. good hot water and easy to maintain water

Never sure buying on line but a great spa. Well made and delivery added plus. Had questions and got very prompt responses. I will recommend this company and spa to my friends and family. A great purchase.

My wife and I got it through the door, and I installed the electrical cord, filled it, plugged it in, and it was good to go!
