Call of Duty Black Ops is Great

Call of Duty Black Ops for the Xbox 360 is an immersive first-person shooter unlike anything we have really seen before. The game is by far superior to every other shooter that has come out recently. The graphics are great, the missions relevant and believable and the weaponry is not exaggerated at all. This is an awesome game, the best of the series in my opinion. I am glad I got it.

Definitely my favorite COD game

Definitely my favorite COD game. I usually avoid the single player campaign, but this one was quite engaging. The multiplayer maps and action were very memorable, and the classic zombies maps are still some of my favorites.

More than expected

Excellent deal & condition. One of the best COD games! A truly amazing game! Zombies is on another level of awesomeness!! If you want to go back to the roots from Black Ops 2 or 3 then you want Black Ops 1. I played this game with my son many times and you wouldn't believe how much you can bond with your kid just by playing video games with them. Let them teach you. My son also met my now fiance on Black Ops 2!!! Results might not be typical but it never hurts to just HAVE FUN either!!!!

Great game, ruined by cheaters

Great game. I bought it again because it's now backwards compatible with xbox one now. Was great for the first few weeks till cheaters figured out a way to hack the game and give themselves infinite life and crap. Now it's ruined because xbox or treyarch won't ban people who are cheating. I hope when blops2 gets backwards compatible they take it more serious and not allow cheating.

Total fun

Call of Duty Black Ops is one of the best multiplayer shooter type online games ever devised. Using the same program as Call of Duty Modern warfare, but set in different locales, Black ops expands on the soldier shooter experience. Graphics are better at higher resolution. The bonus feature of Black OPS is the ability to purchase zombies for an added fee. With five different zombie games to choose from, multiplayers can run for their lives and blast ferocious walking and running zombies until their ultimate demise. The best multiplayer programs are Kino der Toten, Ascension and Dawn of the dead. Buying Call of duty Black Ops and an xbox ultimately is cheaper then going to the movies and more fun too!

Good campaign, good offline multiplayer

I bought this game when i found out it had Bots for offline multiplayer. I dont have GOLD membership, that means i cant play games online. So bots was my only option for multiplayer. This game has 2 modes available for bots TD & DM. The bots play well, very competitive AI. I can hop in to play anytime & have fun. Worth picking up because it will keep you entertained. The campaign is pretty cinematic in everyway. They make it all a thrill to go through the game. Some missions your in the past shooting with WWII weapons then your back in modern times shooting with the M16s, the commandos etc. Your in the jungle for a mission then your on a sinking ship later on. Its all around a good game & very good for those that have & dont have online.

Nice timeling.

This game surprised me as I was not expecting the time in history that this pertains to.....the decade of the '60's, a very tumultuous decade at that. Mostly to do with the Cold War between USSR and USA......and even touching on the end of WWII.....a nice touch. So the pace of the game, in conjunction with the weapons of that time, I found to my liking. It didn't have the faster pace of recent COD's and the firepower wasn't nearly as overwhelming. One has a bit more time for thinking and contemplating different strategies. For me that was a definite plus. At any rate, a nice playing experience. I'm tempted to now try Black Ops II.
