I have searched high and low for a lid to replace the one I broke in the backyard. I tried Home Depot, Lowes, etc to look for a size to fit mine. The ones at the stores were either too big or too small. This fit just right!

Worked for me

Finally found on that fits. I ran over one with the lawn mower. I have bought 2 locally, trying to find one that fits, all were too small. I'm glad to be done with it, should have bought this in the first place.

Fits 7 inches perfectly

I broke my existing one while lawn mowing and was searching for 7 inches lid, my home depot store had 6" but not the 7" one so i took a chance and ordered one from amazon. This was a perfect fit for my sprinkler valve.

Lids fit!

Was looking for lids to fit our larger than normal sprinkler valve tubes. Old lids were broken. After running around to Lowes, Home Depot, and Ace decided to look on Amazon. Bought three of these and they are perfect! Durable material too.

A perfect replacement for a 7" sprinkler valve box

I recently moved into a new house and noticed a sprinkler valve box without a cover in the front yard. This solved that problem instantly, it was a perfect fit for a box just under 7 inches in diameter. This cover seated effortlessly, without any squeezing or effort, but it doesn't feel too loose. No complaints - does exactly what it needs to do. In the picture, this cover is obviously on top, next to an original cover for this type of box.

Fits contractor 6” valve boxes perfectly!

If you have the contractor grade valve boxes that are labeled 6” but are actually 6.5-7” then this will work for you. I was in the same boat as many others. Lowe’s and Home Depot do not sell the correct size. This does the job and is same quality plastic as original.

Works Great!

Like the other reviewers I mine met its death via the lawn mower. The ones that Lowes or Home Depot sell are to small and do not fit so based on other reviews ordered one and it fits Perfect.

Perfect fit.

This is a high quality lid and fits snug with just a simple twist once it's in place. I have a 7"sprinkler valve cover and just couldn't find a 7" any where locally not even Home Depot. (the one they sell reads 7" but actual measurement is 6") Very fairly priced I think. Great experience with this seller and happy with the fit and quality of the lid.

IT WORKED!!!

Like so many others said could not find the correct size or Lowes or Home Depot, either too small or too large. I only ordered one in case I had to return it and EUREKA it worked so now I'm ordering another. Dont know why this isn't a more standard size in the stores. Ours was 6 1/2 best I could measure. I'm so relieved to be done searching for one that would work.

Finally found a fitting cover! Fit our 6-1/2” opening well and seems sturdier than the others on our property. Great price. Wish I had ordered soon and saved the hassle of driving to multiple stores and returning items!
