Very high quality

My Braun razor has performed for 10+ years; I have replaced this foil & cutter about 6 times, 3 of those only because the foil got damaged (guys--remember to keep the cover on). This shaver head can be taken apart for thorough cleaning then back together, good as new. I've never had to do a thing to the razor itself, the design and quality is excellent. I'll likely use this razor another 10 years, it's very dependable and still holds a charge well.

I Should Have Bought it Sooner

I put off buying this item because I thought the price was too high. I kept using my original foil and cutter head. Two or so years later I was forced to buy a new replacement head because I dropped a small part down the drain while I was cleaning it. The price is the same in 2019 as it was back in 2016 or 2017. While using the original foil and cutter head, it seemed like it was still giving me a decent shave. However, after I bought this replacement head and used it, I noticed a huge difference. The new replacement head provided a considerably noticeable better shave. I bought this replacement head for my Braun 320s-4. One review I read said this replacement head would not fit the 320s-4, another said it does. It fits and works very well.

Just...wow!

I bought my shaver on August 2, 2012. So, nearly 4 1/2 years later, this week, I finally replaced the original shaving head. Holy cow! I had forgotten that my shaver can actually shave, and easily, and quickly. The difference is instead of going over one spot literally 10 times trying to get it shaved, once or twice is doing it again. If this replacement doesn't make the 18 months that Braun recommends as time to change it, I'll stop back and let you know.

Excellent Shaver Head

As a replacement to what came with the shaver, you should know what you are getting. It is the 3rd time I have replaced and each and every one have been of equal/ excellent quality. Depending on how rough your whiskers are depends on how long you will get before you need to replace. I typically need to replace around 6-9 months. Using a cleaner or other lubrication helps with the longevity/ blade sharpness but it is not really a mandatory requirement.

Made my old razor like new again

I admit that I waited much to long to replace the head on my Braun razor. I have a very thick beard, so no razor gives me a really close, smooth shave (thanks, genetics). The new foil and cutter head has made this like a new razor. Happy with the quality of shave. Virtually no installation, you just pop off the old head (like you do when you clean your razor) and pop the new one on.

Just wanted a cheaper option than buying a new razor

I loved my Braun Series 3 razor and simply wanted to extend its life with purchasing this Foil & Cutter Replacement Head. Definitely a smart decision. Most economical decision I made and it fits perfectly. Will purchase again as it is a much cheaper option.

Good value for your money!! It is a braun

This fits on the Braun series 3 that I've been using for years and it does a great job! Take it off and clean it under water! A good cut for about 4 months!!

Quiet and shaves fairly close

This is fairly quiet and has lasted me several years so far. No electric shaves 'as close as a blade', so when you hear that (I heard it on a commercial just yesterday) from manufacturers, ignore it. But this is definitely the next best thing. I went a couple years before having to replace the head from normal dulling.

Makes your razor like new again!

Was skeptical about this b/c it's a 3rd party generic. My Braun was pulling hairs and missing more whiskers than it cut. Almost threw it way. Bought this replacement head and I swear it cuts better than the original. Fits perfectly. ZERO pulls/snags and excellent shave. I've been using it a few months now, daily, and still good as new. If you want to keep your old (probably expensive) Braun unit, BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Made it like new

It's easy to forget we're supposed to replace the electric shaver foil replacement every 18 months. My Braun series 3 was working hard to shave and noisy. Switching the old with this new replacement head pretty much made it like new again. Quieter, smoother shave and faster. It's great.
