The product also is good for babies since It dissolves easy in the mouth and tastes delicious. I am looking forward to trying the other flavors!

No teeth, no problem
My baby loves these rice crackers, she comes "running" when she hears the crinkle of the wrapper. Hot Kid is actually a familiar brand of Asian snacks when we were growing up, so the texture of their baby rice crackers are also familiar. These are slightly sweetened, but not distinctively so. Great for training a baby without great fine motor skills yet to practice holding food without crushing it. We started giving it to her when she barely had two bottom teeth. She would break off a piece with the front of her mouth, "chew" with her gums, and the airy rice cracker would dissolve in her mouth.

VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT.
We purchased these, the vegetable flavor and a trial carrot flavor. All are great! This is now a normal snack for 9 month old, but we started giving these to baby at 7 months old. She's barely getting her first bottom tooth, so she is still in the mushy food stage. She has never choked on this product, even when she shoves the last bite in her mouth, which is always too big for her little mouth. You would think she would learn after a couple months. However, we have been happy with this product, melts easily in their mouth and the flavor is enjoyable.

Great on the go!
These rice crackers are a life saver. We recently moved across the country and flew back and forth with our youngest child quite a bit. On the plane, he snacked on these crackers between meals. Then, as we looked for homes, he sat in the rental and snacked on these crackers. We keep a box in the car for long (or short) trips. We actually never leave home without a few. This is the best price for them. This quantity usually lasts us about one month. Buy them for snacky babies. You can thank me later.

Love Mum-Mums
I have tried teething biscuits with my eldest child when she was an infant, and boy were they ever a mess. Not so with mum-mums. I won't say there is NO mess at all. I started giving these to my second daughter on the recommendation of a relative. She had just started sitting up unsupported -- about five months old. At first, she made a bit of a mess with them because she would drop them and pick them back up, drool all over them, etc. Now that she is seven months old, she really has the hang of the rice rusks, and although she does manage to get a bit here or there stuck to her clothing, she can self-feed herself and be done in a jiffy. (Which makes it less of an activity, but oh well. She loves them.) We tried the banana flavored mum-mums and they did seem to make a bit more mess than the originals. Rice rusks weigh about the same as air. They feel kind of like a rice cake. They don't smell like anything (well, the banana ones do, I guess). But the baby likes them a lot, and they are very handy to take along when traveling or shopping.

Love the crackers, kids not so hot on the apple flavor
I rated this a 5 because I really like this brand of crackers. My older kids can enjoy sharing a snack with the baby (2 crackers/sleeve). They easily dissolve with a little saliva and mashing of gums for the young ones. And why my older kids like them is a question I can't answer. My only caution is watch out putting these in the diaper/travel bag, I have had several turn to crumbs after a day of travel when they migrate to the bottom of the bag. The kids have had the original many times over the years and always liked it. I thought I would try the apple flavor -- not as big of a hit. This is my test to see how the kids like something new. The boxes are at kid level in the pantry, the original and apple flavor boxes were opened on the same day and left on the shelf. The original is now completely gone and they are starting to work on the apple. I think my kids just did not like the apple flavor -- I still stand by the fact that these are great crackers.

Toddler's favorite flavor, come intact, good price
5 star for product, also amazingly came intact with none broken. Only downside is that although they were not expired they expire in several months and if you buy mums you know they have a much longer shelf life than that. Fortunately my child is older and can easily chew these. They are just a teething favorite.

As a tool for learning how to eat/feed herself, they're perfect.
My daughter absolutely loves these! She's been a slow starter when it comes to eating and solids. Most things we attempt to feed her or allow her to feed herself she spits back out at us, sometimes with great enthusiasm and to my great chagrin I end up wearing more than she ends up eating at a given session. These are different. She seems to "get" that they're food, and loves to chew on them. Her grasp and hand eye control are improving daily, and these are good practice for that too! Obviously they are not a "core food" and should not be used if your baby has nutritional or vitamin/mineral deficiencies, but as a tool for learning how to eat/feed herself, they're perfect.

Baby crack
Our 14 mo girl just loves these, and has ever since we introduced them to help her eat. We pull them out of our diaper bag while out and about, and her eyes light up. They're super easy to bring on the go. They will crumple in their packaging if you don't take care, but in my opinion - all those little pieces means the little one is occupied with eating longer, which allows mommy and daddy to enjoy their own food a bit longer too - haha. It was a great introduction food when she was learning to chew, dissolves better than any other "training food" we tried.

Great treats for a growing baby
We started to give these to my son at around 5 months and he loved them they worked great because not only did he like the taste he enjoyed playing with them and it helped in his dexterity as well as practicing depth perception. We bought a case through S&S and I have to say that is the only way you should buy these. We are still buying cases of these and will continue to. A few precautions, make sure that you are there when your child is eating these are they break off easily and your child can get too large of a piece in their mouths. Also I think the packaging says they are a no mess food well that is far from the truth. They do create a mess so be prepared and they stick to everything when they go from a babies slobbering mouth to dry. I have found them on my shirt later in the day after a morning snack so be prepared. I have to say though this is my favorite snack to give our son since its healthy, decently priced and he absolutely loves them.
