Cake Walk

This sign was lightweight and yet durable. Easy setup and installation means I don't have to pay a fortune to my old sign installers. Breaks down for transport in my Toyota Highlander. (Note: I fold a backseat down to achieve this. Think of it as if you're transporting skis.) If the seller ever redesigns the product, I'd say a slightly more positive connection between the end caps and the arm would be an improvement. Likewise the finial and the post. These are minor considerations for our windy area, and they should not deter anyone from buying and using this yardarm sign post. The whole kit is a no-brainer!

Easy to Install, Stays Put

This was easy to install with a heavy hammer/mallet into the cold, frozen New England ground by a 5 foot tall (and not exceptionally strong) girl who was nervous about posting her first For Sale sign during the winter. I did practice getting the stake into the ground in my own yard a few times before staking and posting the full sign outside my listing. Assembly was easy and it has stayed put through storms and windy days as well! Highly recommend.

So far, so good!

I received this a few days ago and immediately put it together and set it up at a client's house. The process was simple and easy. So far, I am very pleased with the quality of the construction and the easy assembly. The post itself is light and easy to maneuver. It appears to be well made and I have already had some positive feedback, from the sellers and a few people who have driven by. If I experience any problems, I will update this review.

I installed it in 4" platform heels in under 10 minutes on site! Buy it!

I was using plastic corrugated signs staked on metal stakes that bent easily and were hard to drive into the ground. I dislike the appearance of the corrugated plastic signs and wanted a more professional look. I invested in panels from Dee Signs and purchased the posts here after reading the reviews and watching the video. I was able to assemble my sign in under 10 minutes from start to finish, including installing the stake all without tools and while wearing 4" platform heels. I started with 3 posts because of cost and will slowly add more of these until most of my sign inventory are made up of these fantastic signs. Great product. I was also able to transport the post in the LONG box it ships in using my small car. It's a 1 person job and the instructions are SUPER SIMPLE. Very well made and all of the holes for you to hang your panel from are pre-drilled requiring no nuts or bolts, just an eye screw. Buy it - you won't be sorry. UPDATE! One year later and I now have 13 posts and am back to order 3 more. I keep a sledgehammer in my truck and use this to drive the stakes into the hard Mississippi soil we fight with occasionally. These posts are a NO BRAINER. My local sign company makes the riders for the top and they're fun to change out with attention getting text on top.

Good signs - Great customer service.

Posts are great. We had an issue, but customer service took care of us. This is probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. These signs could fall over and sink into the swamp and I'd order more just because I know what kind of customer service is behind them. Signs are well made and look great in place. They fit in on million dollar listings, and they jazz up your foreclosure listings. I will be buying more from this company. If you are in the market, you should buy from them also.

Easy to Install

I bought five of these swing posts. They are easy to install and look great. I was not aware that there were (2) height choices however. Fortunately my for sale signs are not over sized. The fixture(s) on the top that hold the sign riders have broken off on (2) different swing posts. I called for a replacement part and am still waiting for it to be sent. There was a work around, but it does not match. Alas, overall I like the posts.

Quick!

So my wife is a Realtor...that means I am the setup and tear down guy for any open houses or showings or whatever...if that is anything like your position and/or you are a realtor yourself then you know that time is money and the more time you spend setting up flags and signs means less time in front of your clients. This bad lad is certainly a time saver over his colonial-style cousin.

The install was easy but I would recommend a 3 lb sledge at ...

It works as advertised and I was able to pack it up to use with my next house. This may seem a bit pricey, but when you look at what the limited service agents charge to put a sign in your yard, you might as well just buy this. It the same to buy the post as it was to have them put one in. An not I've got a sign post. The install was easy but I would recommend a 3 lb sledge at a minimum. I had to pound the spike in with a small hatchet, and that was a bit more work than I would have liked.

Great if you don't want to dig a hole!

Great quality, easy to assemble . Tired of paying someon to dig posts for me. The stake goes in the ground the sign above, it was easy and durable. We had some big wind storms and I was nervous it would blow away or down or break but it held up awesome! Will buy more for sure. My signs fit great.

LOVE these! Extremely easy to install!

Our office recently ordered new signs and we needed posts to hang them. Originally we were going to have some wooden posts made, but after some research we came across these online. Reading the many positive reviews we decided to give them a try, initially ordering 2 to see how we liked them. Well...we ordered 4 more. We LOVE these posts! They are extremely easy to put together and install, anyone can do it. As stated in other reviews... the only thing is the post caps are slightly loose, so we just added some glue to ensure they don't off. We are definitely glad we ordered these and do not have to deal with the hassle of installing wooden posts. Highly recommend these posts!
