Effective
I bought this product about a month ago after having a severe flea infestation. I spent about $100 on useless flea sprays , ointment for my cats, flea traps( they worked amazing , was disgusted with how many fleas were just on the trap. After using this product , I havent seen a single flea. Shampoo your cats with flea shampoo and steam your carpets/ rugs and just wash everything after doing this flea bomb

bed bugs
I've always maintained a very clean house being a germaphobe, everything is nearly spotless. You can imagine my surprise when two weeks ago I started waking up daily with extremely itchy painful welts on my body. My back, my arms, and legs were mostly the target. They would be in patterns of 1-3. After managing to stay clear of this bed bug epidemic, I finally came to terms That I have bed bugs... I bought this and the spray in hopes of getting rid of these suckers. I sprayed in every corner, nook and cranny, all over my futon, walls, and the following morning I saw one of them trying to escape the smell by climbing to the very top where the wall and ceiling meet. I was hoping that was the end of it and it was just that one that happened to stumble into the wrong place but the following day I got bit some more, totalling to 12 bites in less than two weeks. I bought the hot shot fogger and released two cans of them (in a single room) around 6am before I left for work. I closed up any openings with blue painters tape and did not return to the room till roughly 10 hours later. I washed all my sheets (they were pulled off the futon and hung up in the room) by then there was no smell or any indication I have set off two foggers. I'm happy to say it's been 3 days and I have yet to be bitten. Unfortunately the ordeal scared me so bad that I am still getting rid of this futon. Just too many folds and coushining for bed bugs to hide in. I am going to set off another fogger tomorrow morning before work just as a precaution. I feel you have to give anything and everything a chance to see what works. I think it's best to set off these foggers early in the morning where they come out of hiding and are most active (between 4am-6am) I also don't think one fogger is enough. I plan on setting off one more after I dismantle the futon. Good luck I hope this review helps!

Make sure you get all pets out of area treated for at least 2 hours after setting off spray.
I had tried several other products in the past, but Hotshot took care of the flea problem in my house. Great product and easy to use.

Fleas are mostly gone
We live in a southern state where fleas can be an issue year round. I think our apartment complex only sprays the grounds in the warmer months, though, so we have had consistent problems with our dog bringing fleas in and then getting on our indoor cats/on the furniture, even though all the animals have been treated. We tried all the all natural stuff, sprays, powders, etc., and just ended up with very minty smelling fleas. Finally, we resorted to this fogger. We put one in every room, and, while we have seen an occasional flea since then (probably from the dog being outside), the worst of it is over. It feels like we can live our lives again and not be constantly annoyed by the little nightmare beasts. We used this in conjunction with the home defense spray, so I’m not sure which was more effective. Either way, I am happy and would purchase again if the problem crops back up.
