I work at a haunted house and use this outside in a Chauvet Hurricane 1301 fogger in our haunted woods. Our trail is about a 1/4 mile and this combination would be able to fog most of the trail. It hangs for a couple minutes or so. It really depends on the wind, but in perfect conditions it hangs for minutes. One thing about this and many other high end fog juices is you need to dilute it. The reason is to save life on your fog machine. If you don't, it's too thick and the pump will eventually wear out and/or seize. What I do is I buy a gallon of distilled water and mix it with this at a 1:1 ratio or 50% of fog and 50% of distiller water. You end up with two gallons of fog juice. I will also add in some distilled white vinegar, maybe half a cup, to clean the fog machine as it runs to prevent any clogging. My results are with the diluted fog and not used straight. So if you go to a local big retail store for a gallon of fog fluid, it will cost around the same price as 1 gallon of this after diluting it and the bog fog still hangs and is thicker than the cheap stuff for around the same price.

Amazing amounts of fog from a trivial amount of juice!

I freely admit I have zero practical, rational reason for owning a fog machine. That said, at that particular time and place that was my order, I said "eh, why not? WHY NOT, EH?" The fateful day arrived and my wife and I tore open a box and a jug (that being this, obviously) and fired'er up. It wasn't instant. It took ... maybe 5 seconds before we saw fog. Good, clean, remarkably low-fragrance fog. Okay! It worked! ON TO THE BREAK TESTING! ... we ran the machine for maybe 2 minutes, maybe 3? And we stopped, because we could no longer see across the kitchen (~6 feet). NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I ran it a few more minutes. NOW THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR OF THE HOUSE (~1000 s/f) WAS INVISIBLE, HIDING IN A BANK OF FOG. Dogs were lost. My wife and I could play Marco Polo. Someone might have tripped over the empty box on the floor trying to open all the windows. In short... epic. Buy it. As for us... we'll be buying more fog machines and bog fog. ... I hear we may be hosting the holidays this year. The nephews and nieces deserve to wake up one morning and wonder where they are.

Holy Smokes!!

This stuff is no joke. Ran it through the hurricane 1300 fog machine just to see what this fog can do. After the first burst, we had to call the fire department and tell them we were running the machine outside and not to worry. Neighbors who lived on the street behind us, drove by the house to see if it was on fire. It was a dead calm outside and this stuff hung around longer than the inlaws. Good stuff.

I purchased this specific product after seeing other reviews online. I purchased a relatively inexpensive fog machine because I was actually going to use it for work to create a specific environment for training purposes. When I used this fog juice in the machine, it put out a large column of fog that stayed relatively high and did not quickly fall to ground level. It fogged up the entire area, which was perfect for what I was trying to accomplish. I will warn you that if you are in an enclosed environment with smoke alarms or triggers, if you use too much it will set off the alarms. However, that was perfect in this case because it added to the training environment. The fog stayed around for quite some time, but once we opened the doors and windows, it cleared quickly and did not leave a mess. It evaporated and left no trace of anything. If you are looking for a great juice for your machine, I cannot recommend this high enough.

This is some seriously thick fog

Living next to a swamp you would think I would have my fill of fog. I left this in two fog machines for three hours and lost my house. Played "Marco Polo" with 1 foot of visibility (at times), less most of the time. It was awesome!!!! With no wind the fog lingered around for hours. I think that had something to do with the moisture already in the air from the standing water of the swamp. Gonna put in motion activated solar lights and color them different colors all over the swamp near my house. Running the fog machine in that with all the critters out there is going to look like we are being invaded.

Fog fluid on steroids

OK, here it is....I know that we've all seen fog solutions from other stores, but this one is in a class by itself. You just can't run down and get it at your local craft shop, but this is SUPER FOG on STEROIDS! Yeah, it sucks that most of us have to order it, but you will not be disappointed at the amount of fog that this solution produces. If you have a high wattage fog unit (1700 watt or greater), this fog can be used straight out of the container, however, if you have lower wattage units, you may have to mix it with distilled water. Nevertheless, this stuff can't be beat. We filled up an area of around half a mile diameter with a Chauvet unit (1800 watts) in about 15 minutes. Of course there was no wind, because wind is a deal-breaker for any type of fog (even dry-ice)! But this liquid is fantastic for home haunters. Just be careful that you don't obstruct the view of cars or people that WILL gawk at the amount of fog at your haunt! I've used it for the past 8 years and couldn't find another fog as powerful as this one. Way to go Froggy!

Very very thick 1 gallon will go a long way

This bog fog is seriously amazing stuff! I have been using this in a low-lying fog machine and I am just truly 100% amazed at how long this stays active. With little to no movement it lingers for about an hour. With constant movement maybe 15 minutes at the most especially if an HVAC system is circulating. When the fog machine is active the ground coverage covers a large area very thick and about up to your knees at least with the low-lying effects this is so dense that you could literally turn the machine on lay down and no one would be able to see you even if they were a foot in front of you. It has amazing coverage and I highly recommend this. I thought there freezing fog juice was really good but this is far better.

This gallon has lasted me 5 years of solid use.

Everything you may have heard about this stuff is true. I bought a brand new fog machine with a gallon of this stuff and immediately tried it in my house. Suddenly, I lose my wife and my dog in the thick haze. We couldn’t see anything. I’d stepped in the world of Silent Hill where the fog could not be escaped. That was 5 years ago. I’ve used the same gallon bottle for film shoots, music videos, Halloween decorations and much more since then, and I still have about a quarter of the gallon left. Unreal. This stuff is thick so you need to watch out and clean your fog machines every now and then. You can always water it down some for a more diluted fog, but what’s the fun in that? I look forward to spouting this stuff off during Halloween and watching the children debate whether or not to make the trek through the fog to my front door for candy. I’d recommend this above everything but making your own.

The Godfather Of Fog

This juice is the solution to the worthless no name cheap import bottles of fog water that come included with a bargain machine; I use fog for film/photography projects on occasion so I decided that rather then renting a fog machine when the need arises, I'd just get a couple of low cost machines to have on hand; The amount of fog they produced was dismal at best and wasn't enough to meet my needs for film or photography - Fog? No, more like steam that smelled like a caustic nerve agent, left everything coated with a residue and was all but worthless for filming with. I attributed this to the old "you get what you pay for" and figured the problem was the cheap machines. I cleaned them, changed fuses to no avail - I had given up on them and pretty much written them off to the scrap yard when I came across several similar complaints regarding the severe lack of fog produced from the 'factory' juices included with a kit. Someone advised to try this stuff and I bought a gallon - Used it in both of my bargain machines and the results WERE EXCELLENT - BOG FOG saved 2 machines from a trash tossing - The amount of fog they now produce from this juice is beyond perfect for my filming needs. It is dense, odorless, no residue and lingers - Lighting with color gels through it's dense fog opens the door to all sorts of creative lighting combinations for almost any type of mood and ambiance. Don't write off your cheap machine without giving this stuff a whirl first - It will probably save plenty of machines from being tossed in the trash. The ONLY Con I could think to even mention is that it only seems to be available by the gallon (not quart - and I could be wrong but I have to see this particular type of Froggy's available in a Qt size jug) - Which is okay for my needs, but I could see where someone might not need to purchase a gallon for a party or other 1 day venue. However, It doesn't expire like milk so even if you only use it 4x a year the end results are worth it. Bog Fog rules - Great for filming - Or whatever you want/need to fog up. Gettin' Hazy!

This fog is excellent. It is very dense and lasts a long time. I personally love the sweet smell of it. Lately I use my fog machine while watching concerts on Youtube with friends and they love it. I tried some other fog juice but it clogged my machine. I took it apart, drained the old juice and cleaned the pump and filter with a bowl of white vinegar. Youtube videos can show you how to do this. It was an easy and fun project. Then I filled it with Froggy's and now it runs like a champ. This stuff fogs up my whole living room and makes a good haze while you enjoy your premium beverages and dancing. Get your Froggy's!
