I was a religious Biden Mitten customer and when I read a review on the Biden Mitten that talked about these Korean Italy cloths I figured $3? Why the heck not! Tried them for the first time today and does a BETTER job than the Biden Mitten going for $50!!! Will be buying more!!!

(DISCLAIMER: gross photos!) The first time I tried using this spa mitt I tried rubbing a bit in one spot in the shower, and seeing that nothing happened I felt a bit discouraged. I tried again tonight as I was taking a bath and wow!!! I soaked for about 20 minutes and then used the wet spa mitt and rubbed fairly furiously several times over a single spot, and did the same all over my body. After a few hard runs back and forth I started noticing my dead skin coming right off, and before I knew it I had practically lost a layer of skin (as you can see in the photos)!!! My skin was a bit pink immediately after (which only made sense, seeing as it's supposed to be an exfoliater) but after drying off my skin feels sooo smooth. I'll continue using the mitt in the shower daily. Although, I received the mitts in a pack of 4 (green), not 8 like the listing advertised. Still super happy, it's a great product for a great price!!

I just used mine for the first time, and I was like "whatever" about the reviews because people always overhype stuff. But guys. I used this, and it was really flipping gnarly. Like little balls of dead skin IMMEDIATELY came off. I was like, "OMG. How am I even alive right now?" Super, super gross but also super satisfying, and my skin is soft AF. Also, I have keratosis pilaris, and I have tried basically every product under the sun (including prescription urea cream), and nothing has really helped. I'm not saying this instantly took care of it, but I'd guess within a few weeks of regular use, it will be gone. WHAT? BUY IT.

Outstanding product if used correctly. Personally, i found that 1 to 2 warm to hot showers lasting 15 minutes is a good starting point. I use no soap, and focus on removing all oils from entire body. Next, I have learned that the amount of water on the body truly affects the exfoliation process. When my skin is wet but not dripping wet, after a brief air dry or light towel pat down exfoliation goes smoother. Lastly, but most important in using this product is to use up and down or side to side hand movements. I have found circular movements to be less effective. Hopefully, using the above techniques with this product will take your exfoliating game to a whole new level

On a whim I decided to try these cloths after I had seen some online recommendations. I have keratosis pilaris which leaves bumps on my arms, elbows, and around my kneecaps. I soaked my skin for about 20 minutes, put a mitt on, and went to work. The following paragraph is not for the faint of heart. But if you’re considering buying these you probably aren’t anyway. But this is your warning. ————————————- The skin... an absolute obscene amount of skin came off. It discolored the water, it stuck to the tub walls, it piled onto the cloth like wet clay. I sat with wide gaping mouth as layers of epidermis sloughed off my body like some sort of snake shedding its skin. ————————————- Afterward, my usually somewhat bumpy arms and knees were smooth as a lil’ baby’s buttocks. In just one scrub, all but the most stubborn of bumps were removed (the elbows still have a few bumps but they are improved). I have used the Clairsonic brush, and I have tried both homemade and commercial scrubs. Nothing has exfoliated quite as well as these little $5 cloths. I cannot believe I have lived this long without them. Oh, and I used them on my face as well. I have somewhat sensitive skin and so far nowhere on my body has had any poor reaction. Buy them. Buy them now. If you have the stomach for it that is. ;)

I love these. Yes, they do shrink quite a lot, but what's important is that it's functional. What I do is: 1 shower for at least ten minutes without putting any soap or product on my skin 2 wait until my skin is soft (I do a test by rubbing an arm with a finger to see if skin comes off.) 3 SCRUB MYSELF for the next five minutes. You will see your dead skin coming off and it is so amazing, especially after you dry yourself. It feels like you've been reborn. Haha P. S. I've been using this to lessen bumps on my legs and it's working

I am Korean and I am so glad this is available on Amazon Prime as I no longer live in South Korea. After about a couple of years living in America, (devoid of "traditional" spa time back home) I 'learned' my skin has Keratosis pilaris. I never was aware of my skin condition until these magical washcloths were gone from my life. Lol Upon my discovery, I have been getting them in my care package from momma back home but I am so glad I don't have to bug her about it anymore. (I don't live in a area with a Korean supermarket.) This miraculous cloth is supposed to be tight fitting so it doesn't slip away from your hand. And you are also not supposed to use it on the face (no, not even the green one) but some Koreans DO that, I won't. Also... you are suppose to use it no more than once a week! I read other reviewers talking about using it 3-4 times a week, I just hope they have skin made of iron. Red color is rougher and is for more experienced people or for rough parts like elbow and feet. Hope my review helps.

Disclaimer: I am a dude. I love skincare because I have crappy skin. I'm especially into asian skincare products and follow the Asianbeauty reddit. I've always been quite a clean dude. I take showers every day, I use soap, the whole 9 yards. That is, until I encountered Korean Italy towels. Now I'm a super clean dude. I took a hot shower for about 15 minutes and went to town scrubbing all around while my skin peeled away like I was some sort of snake being rebirthed. And like a snake being rebirthed, I came out with a new shell of stupidly soft skin that made me feel the most clean that I ever have. I used the green towel as my skin is on the more sensitive side; I still wouldn't recommend this for your face at all simply because it seems like it'd be too aggressive. These are on the smaller side, but I was still able to fit most of my hand in the towel without a problem and comfortably scrubbed away. They will shrink in water, but this is negated if you just stretch it out with your hand before and stick a large dry cloth in their as it dries. Mine shrunk to about 90% size instead of what seems like half for others. In conclusion, get this. Become a new person. Walk around in confidence knowing your skin is softer and cleaner than anyone around you (unless they happen to also use italy towels, in which case war is the only option.)

As a Korean who's been using these all my life, I can attest this is the REAL stuff. In fact, it's the exact same stuff that I see in Korean markets. For an 8-count, it's a great value as well. This is surprising because most Korean products are overpriced when they are sold in the US. Each of these towels will go for more than a dollar, and easily 2-3 bucks at hotels. I bought this because I forgot to pack them, and this product saved me. As for the effects, the exfoliating effects are superb. Although it's not part of the culture in the states, every American that I've met who tried this loves it and does it. If you have a friend in Korea, ask them. How to use: 1) Take a long hot bath (or shower) to get your skin ready. The outermost layer of your skin has to get completely soaked and heated up to come off easily. I'd say 20+ minutes is the best. 2) Apply a decent amount of force to scrub all parts of your body. 3) Notice the layer of skin getting peeled off. If you have a lot of body hair, you won't as much of the scrubbing effect. 4) After you're done, wash off your body with soap. 5) Make sure to apply moisturizer/body lotion once you're done, ESPECIALLY IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME! Your skin will feel way softer, and you'll have way less body odor if this is your first time/first in a while. *Note: this is NOT applicable for the face. It's way too rough for the face.

I have to say, these little scrubby mitts have made my skin baby soft! I use them every other day or so, I am addicted. It took a bit of practice to get used to how they work, but what has been working for me is to wash and condition my hair, then use the mitts before I soap up my skin. I brush the mitt over my skin firmly in long strokes up and down and that seems to really get the gunk up. I don't need any other exfoliant, just these mitts! I do also use the green mitt lightly on my face once or twice a week after letting my skin soak with some oil. This seems to help soften the dry skin and keep the scrub from being too harsh. I use it a little on my lips when they get rough as well. Do not use these with a soap at the same time, they just won't work. I've found using them before I soap up works best, then I was my skin after. I'd definitely recommend these to anyone looking for some good exfoliation!
