Fantastic product!

Love the product and love the seller who wrote the program. For the first time in years I got my Christmas cards out early! The inital set up is very easy and printing is a breeze. Just put the labels (bought separately) in your printer and hit the button and out they come. You have to see this program to appreciate it. My best purchase in a long time! Any problems, call the seller - he's available and anxious to help.

NUMEROUS OPTIONS

Initially, I hesitated to load the software because it only loads to the C drive. A message to the company was promptly answered and the rational for the limitation was reasonable. It became more realistic as I delved into the program. It is a marvelous array of capabilities built into the common database. The ability to assign categories to individuals makes it easy to create separate lists or labels for a person, or a group (could be people, businesses, et. al.). A typical example is the ability to create labels for Christmas cards using a group address or, creating a phone list showing all members of the family from the same database. Just a matter of setting the options. While some may miss a written manual, the program has a multitude of 'break-out' texts located at questionable junctures requiring only a point and click to view the directions. At this time, I have no cons. There is still much to learn about this product.

Exactly What I Needed

I work for the American Legion which has a very large roster. They need a large amount of mailing labels for several different mailings requiring different groups from the roster. This program was just what I needed. Once I got all the names and address entered into the program marked as the lists each one is on, my work load was cut down a great deal. You can also have as many databases as your want and as many categories as you want. It is perfect for home use and office. And it is very affordable.

The best available

It's not exactly what I want but it's the closest out there. I wanted to be able to enter my address book info then print out neat updated computer generated pages for my Franklin 6-1/2 by 4-1/4 pages. Both sides, just like an address book. Funny to me that you can buy paper and address pages but no software to print. I've been looking around for months and tried what I believe to be ALL out there.. This has the best layout so I'm entering everything and spending my spare time trying to find a binder that holds 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 pages that doesn't look like a school loose-leaf binder. Tech support has been excellent. Everyone of my questions has been answered (and there have been several.) without a hint of annoyance on his part. Very patient. No written manual but the help screens are very good.

Really Great Program

This is really a super program. I purchased this primarily for a Christmas card list because I'm lazy and the free one I had did not work with W10. This program has many features I probably won't use, but found myself experimenting and I made some nice return labels with graphics and some mailing labels for folks I correspond with frequently. I'm a RTFM guy, so I did not have too many problems figuring it out, but a couple of things I had to experiment with, (couldn't figure out how to place graphic on left without covering return address, but clicked an arrow or two and, all is good). Probably should have read a little more help files. I read all the online videos before purchasing and one can do so through the program or read the help file included in the program. Great program! I feel the developer did a fine job and believe he will be very responsive with support. I even received an email after ordering to make sure the CD arrived intact. I have one suggestion-I would like to see an in-program clip art file included. The ability is there to add any graphic on your computer to the labels & I have many pics, but I don't have any clip art I could find :-). Again, recommended!!

Great product. Converting my old address list took just a few minutes.

8/10/17. Have used Parsons Technology Address Book 7.0 for many years but Windows 10 and the security programs no longer will allow it to operate without special program management in the computer which is a lot of trouble. EZ Home and Office Address Book ... is a great replacement and it works well. Thanks Mr. Elwood for taking the time to program it. I do not use MS Outlook because if the computer is hacked, despite all my protections, then the entire list of address can become vulnerable to abuse. EZ Home and Office Address Book ... is is simple and less likely to be hacked. Plus it works so simply that converting my old address list took just a few minutes. Great product. 9/4/17. Continue to like this program. Editing is super easy and printing a hard-copy of the addresses is extremely simple. Exporting my addresses from Parsons Technology Address Book 7.0 was very simple and importing to EZ Home and Office flawless. Instructions are easy to follow and work correctly. This is a great program.

Amazing Program! So Easy to Use!

Amazing Program. Had trouble with my Christmas card list because Windows 10 only has Wordpad and Avery labels and templates don't work with Wordpad. Bought this program and it was amazing. Once I figured out how to use it (5 minutes), it was a breeze! Even enters the city and state when you enter the ZIP Code. Wish I had purchased this earlier. I spent so much time trying to get my list on other programs to work. Buy it, you won't be sorry!

EZ Peasy address book!

I purchased thie EZ Home and Office Address book and love it. I did not want to go with some free Internet thing as they contain malware, etc. It didn't take long at all to add all my friends and family's addresses. I am a senior lady and was readily able to use the features with nearly no assistance from the web site. However, the web site contains lots of help and customer service is top notch. I had my Christmas cards printed out with gusto. I loved that I could choose colors and added a pretty Christmas icon of my own choosing to my address label. Hint: I learned this little trick years ago. You can make your address labels waterproof by rubbing a simple white candle over the address. I used a regular taper candle.

Excellent program!

I ordered this because my new Windows 8 laptop won't run my old contacts database & label-maker program. Since it is hard to find this type of program in the stores anymore I checked here on Amazon & found this perfect fit. When I ordered it the seller emailed me almost immediately to inform me the new updated version would be in the mail the next business day & to contact him if I had any problems with the program. Not bad in this day & age! Got the program 2 days later and installed it without problem. I had no problem using it either. If you are familiar with Microsoft Office or similar Windows programs you will have no problems. If you are not familiar there are plenty online guides to help you. And the seller will help you as well. For me, no sweat. Within the week I had entered about 500 contact names, addresses, dates, etc. and could easily print out selected lists & address labels. Exactly what I needed! This is an excellent program!

Easy to use mailing address software

I bought this software in 2016 to create a data base with the name, address and other important information for all my clients. I am a self-employed business man and I send out birthday cards, holiday greeting cards to my client to show my appreciation for their business and to keep in contact for future business and referrals. The data base is easy to sort and I can use it to find any particular clients' birthday coming up, look them up by name, date of birth, zip code, etc. And I print out labels of clients to fix on mail pieces. And since I bought the software, my computers have crashed twice in different years and this software lost with them. So, I have to buy new computers. Twice, I emailed the seller. He responses within hours and send me a link to download the latest software free because he offers life time warranty. If you are thinking about purchasing a mailing labels and address software, I cannot recommend this easy to use software and esp. this wonderful seller and his after sale services enough.
