An Excellent Heart Health Supplement

I cannot take statins but have high lipid numbers. A cardiologist advised me to take 400 mgs a day. My numbers are within tolerable limits, as a result. I also take Zetia, which is a prescription medicine. Good quality, quantity and price. Don't have to seek "sale" prices elsewhere.

As recommended by my doctor, I take this (one pill a day) alongside a red yeast rice supplement that I take for my cholesterol. The CoQ10 supplement is recommended to replenish the CoQ10 levels in your body that statin drugs/supplements can reduce, which leads to side effects. I don't experience any side effects from my red yeast rice supplement, maybe or maybe not because of this CoQ10. But I take it anyways, and I have no issues.
