Amazing for induction Stovetops

Amazing! We just moved into a new building with a glass induction stove top, which we've both never used before. My cast iron wasn't working out, so I decided to give this duxtop a try and I'm so happy I did. It cooks everything so well, evenly and quickly. Super easy to clean as well and an amazing price. I will definitely order from this company again!

induction ready

well made frying pan. induction ready without the unsightly add on bottom which always seems to accumulate discoloration at the boundaries. this pan is seamless, very effective and really easy to clean. for something so fundamental, that's called perfection.

The perfect sear

I used to own a full set of All Clad, and I've been very happy with my Duxtop pots and pans. The fry pan delivers a perfect sear, unlike most non-stick pans. The tri-ply construction is heavy-gauge, giving the pan a solid, satisfying heft. It holds and spreads the heat evenly for great, predictable, results. The handle is comfortable and stays cool while cooking on the stove top. Cleaning's not a problem if you deglaze after browning your food.

Affordable and good quality. I LOVE these

I walked into a deal on an induction cook top and had to get new pots and pans in a bit of a hurry. I did some research online, as you do, and found blog recommendations for Duxtop. Affordable and good quality. I LOVE these, tey were a much more affordable option to a big name out there. I bought this as a second pan. It is not quite the same as my set, it handle is slightly different but I can live with that. These shipped and arrived quickly, I'm really happy, would repurchase, and did, from this vendor.

Cooks as promised: even heat, nonstick when using a little olive oil, and it's a beautiful (well made) pan.

High quality fry pan

We bought this induction ready cook pan together with duxtop cooktop. I love this cooking pan, it looks and feels just the same as all clad. There is a thick aluminum core between two layers of stainless steel across the bottom of the pan and the sides. The outside layer is magnetic stainless steel making it induction compatible. The heat distributes fast and evenly, so we do not need to use high heat. At medium heat, it does not stick and cooks as fast too. At high heat, it does stick a little bit, I think it may because of the overheating. If food burn, there is only one reason, temperature is too high. So you need to use lower heat. And medium and low heat help to keep the kitchen clean, less oil burned into air. Again, this is a great cookware, saved us a lot of money, and we do not have to use non-stick pan ever.
