Fun For Kids, Yummy For Guinea Pigs

This was such a fun project for my young daughter and me. I'm not a green thumb at all but she wanted to "plant something" and it was so neat to see it grow within days! It served as a little science lesson for her, too. Added bonus: it's a great treat for our guinea pigs! We had so much fun and the piggies devoured every blade of grass from our first batch. Just follow the very simple instructions and you will have a thriving miniature lawn on your hands before you know it. I'm now tempted to try some indoor vegetable gardening!

Cat grass on steroids! Awesome!

This cat grass is incredible! It grows fast, is thick, gorgeous, and lasts a long time. I even trim it to keep it around longer. My cat loves it and my friends think it is a decorative plant! My cat loves this stuff

Got the kits and they come with instructions , includes 3 kits, I soaked the seeds for 8 hours as per instruction then placed in the dirt and covered for a day until they sprouted , after sprouts I put in the sun and the grass grew insanely fast , like 24 hours and 4 inches tall. I have a indoor cat and he likes eating the grass more than the occasional cat treat. Except for turkey lunch meat, he will take your hand off for a piece of turkey lunch meat. I will buy this again after I run out , as it's a great deal considering only one kit in the store is about 5$ . And this seed seems to be better quality stuff.

Grows quickly, cats love it!

I know it was said before at how quickly this grows, but honestly I was still amazed. Man, this stuff grows so fast - it's like it has super powers. My cats are all indoor kitties, so when I read that cats are supposed to eat grass because it helps with digestion I thought, "Oh no - gotta get me some of that!" Read the reviews on some of the top choices out there, and decided to go with this kit because of the reviews AND because it came with three kits. All my cats love this stuff. I put it in the sunroom, and every morning when I open the sunroom door, they go running in there to get to the grass. They almost fight over it - it's just that popular with them! I noticed that my cat with bad breath no longer seems to have bad breath - I think this cat grass helped with that. I am so happy with this purchase - I will be buying more.

Bringing the yard inside!

We have an indoor cat who would sprint to the nearest open door only to sit next to the lawn and chew on the yard grass. That got old REAL quick so we brought the grass inside with this product. He LOVES it and it has solved the door sprint problem in our home. Thank you!

Messed up, and it still grew

I wanted to surprise my kids with real grass in their Easter baskets. So I bought this kit. I had to hastily throw it together in our basement, toss water on it and hide it in a back corner under a fluorescent light. Then I left it for a week. When I came back, nothing had grown, and I was a little disappointed. I read the directions again and saw you were supposed to soak the seeds first. Woopsy. Then I left and forgot about it again. When I came back, it had STILL grown, despite my neglect. The grass was really pale, but Hubby cut the tips off and brought the poor stuff upstairs into the light. It's much greener and happier now. Good product, even for dummies like me. :)

Grows quickly, low maintenance, cats love it

I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase. Everything arrived as described in the listing. The cat grass grows very quickly with little effort. I didn't do anything "special" to it - just followed the package directions and set it in the window to get some sun. Ours arrived on the 15th - it is now only the 21st and as you can see, it is already a few inches tall. Most importantly, my cats love it. I would recommend placing it in a window where your cats can't get to it until it gets tall enough for them to enjoy. Mine were trying to get at it almost as soon as it sprouted so I had to move it for a couple of days.

Great quality and price! This product has saved me from killing my little kitten for chewing on my plants that I have spent many years cultivating but that may also be poisonous to her. The plants in the pet store where substandard compared to this one. You have to wait a few days to grow it but the results are so much better. I did find the do-it-yourself plant in the pet store as well but they were considerably more expensive. Thank you very much for a quality product that both my kitten and I can enjoy. She can only live a long and healthy life. LOL

We live in the desert southwest so there isn't a lot of grass to be had. I bought three of these, followed the instructions and the pups love it! Super easy! They eat it all the time.

Very good cat grass with excellent instructions

First time I've purshased this specific Cat Grass and I received 3 decent sized plastic planters, required soil and seeds with very specific & detailed instructions. Having grown cat grass prior, having a green thumb isn't necessary. Just add water and the cat grass will take off in a few days. However, the included instructions with this kit is both detailed and very specific for growing cat grass. This is a quality product and company that takes pride in their Cat Grass and my Cat loves it.
