I wish I had a photo of this patio heater when it's on because it is so beautiful. I love sitting outdoors next to it. We don't have very chilly nights in So. Cal. so this is perfect for us. I said it was easy to assemble because I didn't do it, but my husband didn't complain so ...

Great heater

Very nice, elegant heater. As they say, not as much heat as the traditional ones but much more interesting. The flame going most of the way up the middle is a little like a camp fire, something to watch while you are getting warm. Love the stainless. It keeps looking nice while my original one is all rusty now. Holds up to a pretty good wind too. I've had several of the round bottomed ones blow over which really messes up the top, not to mention bending the long tube. This one doesn't seem to blow over and I live in a pretty windy place.

Beyond Customer Service

What separates a good company from a great company? That would be Customer Service, and more exacting how they handle customer service when things go wrong. We purchased three of the Tube Patio Heaters. Love them - they are a conversation piece, they give of great heat, and they add so much ambiance to the yard. Do not pay for a more expensive heater - this the one (or two or three) you need. Now what went wrong....Two of the heaters were amazing and not difficult to assemble if you are at all handy and stick to the directions. The third heater was not so amazing, it seemed to be plagued from the start...first it was missing hardware. Tada - hardware was sent in a blink of an eye. Then, as assembly progressed it was clear that this heater had issues beyond our comfort level. I contacted the company and received a clear and fast response. I was kept up-to-date throughout the process. I received a NEW perfect replacement - even before I even returned the misfit heater! To recap...it's a great product with great customer service behind in - no brainer!

Fascinating

I love this thing. It attracts kids like moths, even the adults are over their checking it out. Not real warm though.
