Outstanding!
These are the most pure oats you will EVER find. I trust this brand with all my heart. I really like their product. The fact that they are USDA ORGANIC AND CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE makes a big difference. Gluten Free Harvest uses the third party approval as a mean to prove to everyone that they mean what they say - the oats are wheat free and obviously gluten free; there is no cross contamination. Additionally, the third party approval keeps Gluten Free Harvest on top of their game. The traditional rolled oats are versatile because you eat them raw, soaked, or baked. They are perfect for as-is use and they can also be made into a flour; it's really an awesome product. I'm really happy about them.

The *best* good for you *oatmeal I've ever tasted!
I am a vegan and I've watched my diet since 1980 when I began as a vegetarian. I am picky. I use filtered water and pour a layer of oatmeal in the bowl, then just cover the oatmeal with good water; stir, all wet, put it in the microwave for 90 seconds and I'm ready for the layer of cinnamon, new Naturals white Stevia powder (one packet) purchased here, and sometimes I add tumeric, which is good for my inflammation, but I most definitely add a needed amount of coconut milk to make creamy, and I use coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon instead of butter. Also, purchased here organic . This is the best tasting oatmeal I have ever used. It is not flaky and small, however, the flakes are not large. They are rounded & as perfect as I would like. I cannot find any reason to buy other than GF Harvest oatmeal. I must remember the name when I come back to order it . It doesn't have anything bad in it and has all good, plus it tastes great . That's as plain as I can get.

Organic Gluten Free Oats!!!
I was so excited to find these on Amazon; I have been waiting for a company to start growing GF oats, that are also organic, for so long! High praises to the Gluten Free Oats company for being the first (to my knowledge) in offering these. It just seems logical that folks who have food intolerances and/or allergies, would also be very conscientious about the quality of their food. So it baffles me why so many GF foods are not also organic. So glad this company took the initiative. My Celiac daughter and I were so delighted to have oatmeal for the first time in years. The oats are very fresh tasting and cook up nicely for oatmeal. The oats cooked up nicely in pancakes too. I pre-soaked them in rice milk and the result was that the oats completely blended in and there was no discernible texture to the oats once the pancakes were cooked. I actually would have preferred a little texture, so next time I will make pancakes without pre-soaking the oats. The only issue I had was that the bag had "popped" open during shipping. It was packed with other items and a heavy item probably squished the bag until it popped. So sad to see 1/3+ of a bag wasted, but Amazon was great and quickly sent me a new bag. I intended to order another bag or two tonight, but see that they are already out of stock! Guess I'm not the only one who has been waiting for organic, GF oats.

Really the best gluten-free oats available
These are simply the best gluten free oats. I've been buying them on Amazon or direct for a couple of years now, and have been consistently satisfied. These are purity-protocol oats, which are hard to find, and are reasonably priced. I had trouble with Bob's Red Mill oats (sorted, not purity), and was happy to find these. These are from a family-run business. They take pride in their product and care about their customers. An email always results in a prompt personal response, directly from the family. They carry a large range of products, from oat flour to portable instant oatmeal cups, all purity protocol gluten free, and have recipes available on their website.

Very Consistent
I have been using these oats for five years in many of my professional line of food products and have always been satisfied, this is a great company delivering an excellent product always! I can't imagine these other reviews talking about inconsistency are real or perhaps exaggerated, like I said, I use these in products that I sell to the public and have never once had an issue in 5 years!

The only truly Gluten free oat
This is the only truly gluten free oatmeal. The farmers that produce GF Harvest are a family of celiacs. They go out of their way to make sure the oats have no cross contamination at any part of the process. Dedicated growing fields and equipment isolated from gluten contamination. Testing every truck before entering the mill. Double testing in our lab with monthly sample re-verification by an independent lab. Making sure each bag of oats is from non-GMO seed. Processed in our DEDICATED Gluten Free Mill. Packaged and stored in our DEDICATED Gluten Free warehouse and production facility. They are also delicious!

Gluten and nut free, high-quality oats, delicious!
Super high quality, certified gluten free AND made in a nut-free facility! These oats are super high-quality and they didn't make me sick. I've used them to make oatmeal cookies and muffins, oatmeal, overnight oats (yum), granola, oat flour, and I plan to use them for meatballs soon. Edit: I've been buying these every other month for about a year now, and they are still great. I've used them in baking as they are and blitzed into flour with great results. They also made a great binder for my GF meatballs, and I've enjoyed them in granola and overnight oats recently. This is one of the best products I've discovered since my doctor told me to quit gluten and nuts.

Yep, It tastes like oatmeal
It's organic & certified gluten-free. Many overlook that most oatmeal is contaminated with wheat. I love that this product is both organic and gluten free. We have a lot of natural options around here, but was surprised at how few organic AND gluten free options there are with unflavored oatmeal. Thanks!

Oatmeal to die for! Like no other!
I almost never review purchases, but this oatmeal is incredibly delicious! I've eaten oatmeal all my life, but it has never tasted this good. The texture is so creamy, but not slimy. The flavor fabulous! I ate some blueberries and yogurt with it. I didn't need any sugar or sweetener at all. I hope they never quite selling it. Can't believe I'm so impressed with oatmeal!

Great for gluten free vegan baking
These are great gluten free oats! I use them to make my own gluten free oat flour because I prefer the taste of fresh to store bought oat flour. This blends up into a flour in about 30 seconds using my blender and it bakes up really nicely in my gluten free vegan desserts! I often mix this with King Arthur’s gluten free flour for savory dishes like bagels or breads. I have made a pretty mean Stromboli with that mixture actually. I included a picture of it so you can see how well this flour binds with KA’s. It binds really well with KA’s so you don’t need a lot( don’t use too much as it can make your dishes a little heavy. The most you should ever use is half KA’s and half gf oat flour a whole dish made with this flour will be very heavy.), and since I don’t use eggs in my baking ( usually I use ground chia seeds or Vegan egg that you buy at the grocery store)it really helps mimic the glutens you need in regular baking and it helps to complete my recipes if I run low on KA’s! I get two of these monthly in addition to 4bags of KA’s with my Subscribe and Save. This sounds like a lot but they are a good deal for me as I make most of the foods we eat from scratch. Because of a medical issue! Not because I’m Susie Homemaker or anything. It’s kind of a PIA if I’m honest, because while I really do enjoy baking, literally having to bake almost every day can be annoying. But having these gluten free oats makes the job so much easier and a lot more fun! I’m leaving a review because anyone who bakes gluten free knows it’s pretty dang difficult at times and if you’re vegan as well as oil free like myself, baking can seem like an insurmountable task! I like to let people know what I’m using and how I’m using it juuust in case they’ve got similar issues and are having difficulty baking light fluffy gluten free vegan treats. Hope this helps!
