Gorgeous tool, very nice construction. Tool has a Strong joint, but not too strong that it’s unusable. No rough edges at all, very nicely made. Scraper tool can be used as a spoon for ground herb, but it is shallow. Poker tool is thick enough to be sturdy so it won’t bend if you use it right, and it easily fits through all of my pipes and bowls (4 pipes, 2 bowls, all different makers) The tamper, the part I really wanted to know was the size before purchasing but couldn’t find exact info. It is a very nice 12mm (~15/32”) in diameter (yes, I measured it as precisely as I could) which is absolutely perfect for use with even smaller spoon pipes. For the price you couldn’t possibly ask for something as nice as this, the pictures in the ad don’t do the piece justice at all, this piece really is beautiful. I will be purchasing several more in the future for myself and gifts.
I've bought two of these over the past 8 years, and am going to buy a third one soon. However, it's entirely my fault for getting stoned and forgetting where I put it! This has become an essential tool for me when smoking from my pipe. The poker and tamper are great for stirring and tamping between puffs, and no one would know what it's for, unless they knew what it's for! Very stealthy and easy to carry because if it's small size (it's about the length of a standard BIC lighter), but it's also very easy to lose because of its small size. It was less than $2 the first time I bought one, less than $4 the second time, and now that it's $6, I'm kicking myself, but it's still worth the money. It will probably last forever if it doesn't get lost. If you're on the fence, my advice is buy it, but keep track of it! It's a very handy tool for all pipe smokers, whatever it is you like to smoke! :)
OK, so I do own some of the earlier Czech tools that say MADE IN CZECHOSLOVKIA, and these now say MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC. Negative reviewers say these are Asian knock offs, but I don't think so. These actually weigh 2 grams MORE than the earlier version, and they work exactly the same. Yep, the "nail" piece in the center does have a slight bend, but that's just part of the mfg. process. It is not a flaw. I have now purchased this tool from 3 suppliers in the past month, and they all say Czech Republic now. There probably are fakes out there, but these are the real deal!
To all those people who gave this product a 1 star, I say to thee: You guys are morons. You got a bunk item because the seller you chose was from China, and thus, you got China. Unlike the majority of illiterates on the internet, I read the reviews and Mr. Brog's comments (THE ORIGINAL AND ACTUAL CZECH PIPE TOOL SELLER) and selected him as my seller when I bought the item. Needless to say it's an awesome tool for your pipes needs. It's made out of sturdy metal, beautifully crafted, dense, and measures about the size of your palm. I will be gifting these in the future to my friends. TL;DR Before buying, go to other sellers and choose the original MR. BROG and expect your awesome tool in no more than 5 days.
Just get this tool. I love it. It’s a must in my stash box. The spoon alone is worth the price. I like the poker more than my toker poker’s poker simply for helping pack a roll. But I like my tamper on the toker poker most. I always have them together, so it doesn’t bug me to use both, but I can see how uppity people would be annoyed. I like how stiff the hinge area is, because then when I’m using one tool, the others don’t get in the way. It’s worth the price.
I got this for a friend's birthday who normally smokes a cigar or two every week. I bought him a cheap (but decent) pipe, and gave him some Lane TK-6 tobacco. He obviously had a lighter, so to round out his gift I got him this tool to use to pack the tobacco properly (that is very important to the quality of your smoke), to clean the bowl, and to use as an over all pipe tool. I think he'll be happy with this one. It looked to be decent and well made. Mr. Brog delivered it on time and undamaged, and yes if I ever need another one for myself, this is the one I'd probably get.
This is a terrific little tool for use with a "dry herb" vape. Very well built and functional. Don't let the price fool you. The tools rotate with resistance at first, but 'loosen' up nicely after several uses. CAUTION: Until the tool rotating mechanism 'loosens' a bit, don't move the 'poker' tool from the tip. Instead, grip and move from the base to prevent bending. Packaging and presentation was much better than expected. Came in a sturdy plastic resealable bag with a description card. Stamped 'Made in Czech Republic'.
I was worried because some of the reviews mentioned a cheap and inferior product, but I ensured that the seller was Mr. Brog, and that was what the product was labeled. It also had Czech Republic stamped on it. It’s heavyweight and feels sturdy. It doesn’t bend as I use it to dig and scrape. All its attachments work well. If you’re worried about getting a cheap knockoff, I recommend double checking the seller, as I got exactly what I was expecting and am very pleased with its quality and performance.
Versatile. Sturdy. Elegant. If you're looking to become dexterous, precise, and suave while preparing a smoke, look no further. The Tool makes you feel like an octopus holding generations of swiss army knives. Little poker for cleaning tight places? Check. Tiny shovel for leaf/flower manipulation? Check. Rounded foot to perfectly pack your goods? Chiggidy check, my dude. The seller is not ratty--This product is 100% Czech. My grandma's Czech. She says hi. buy this tool. You'll never have resin fingers again. We all know you got black fingernails, and that's gross.
husband reports this is a fine tool. the edges are smooth. the metal is thick and doesn't appear as if it will bend. after almost two months of use it is still shiny and solid. some reviewers noted that the tools were too tight on the ring. my husband was prepared for this and kept it in his pocket for a solid week and just played with it constantly. that may have been annoying for some wives - but I found it to just be part of his boyish charm. Wives - I encourage you to buy fun and fancy shit for your husbands hobbies. This tool is classy and gets the job done.

it's a good tool to have in your pocket if you smoke a pipe

Decent, well made, overall pipe tool at a good price.
