Just right

I have been using Epsom salts for years and I recently found this brand and I just love it. The granules are just the right size and dissolve easily in water. For my or my kids bath, I add 1 cup Epsom salt + one teaspoon vitamin C granules + 1/2 cup pink Himalayan salt + lavender essential oil + pure vanilla extract to the water. It is heavenly! Recommend!

Good product

I use these primarily for detox baths. The salts appear to be of good quality and work well. It is pure magnesium sulfate. There are no added fragrances or chemicals. I also think that the price is good compared to other brands.

Have a great soak

The hard water in our area is so hard you can feel the rocks. I have very sensitive skin and this water causes bumps and itching. I enjoy soaking in hot water to ease bone and muscle pain, also to help me sleep at night. This was not happening with unconditioned water. This product makes the water feel like silk. The conditioning is so thorough that I have a difficult time getting bubbles from my bubble bath soak. This is okay because the soap lathers so well in this water. My skin is soft and bump free. I don't have to use lotion unless I choose to do so. There is very little fragrance in this bath salts but it is compatible with any other additive you would choose to add to the water.

It’s amazing great for baths! After a long day of work I use this with a little eucalyptus essential oil to help me wind down and relax.

Quality Product If You Have The Extra Money

I go through tons of Epsom salt. This salt is very fine and dissolves much faster than the salt you can buy at CVS, however, it is much more expensive. I would rather use this every time but I can’t afford it, so I’ll jist settle for getting it every once in a while as a treat.

Great Basic Epsom Salt, Great packaging

Great basic epsom salt, in a sturdy resealable bag! I add my own essential oils for a decongesting, relaxing, or immune-boosting bath, whatever we need at the time. This Epsom salt has no scent of it's own. It is effective in relaxing my muscles and has a slight diuretic effect.

Perfect for training recovery

Ahhhh.... I've been training for a 40-mile hike in the Andes and this made the perfect bath to soothe my aching muscles. I added a touch of lavender oil for added luxury. So nice.

Wonderful product!

I have had a couple of friends recommend the use of Epsom salts for a soak to relax muscles and the first time i tried it it wasn't too effective so i didn't bother trying again. Recently I had another friend recommend them again, and when I shared my experience i was told to try other brands because some salts in the market aren't very effective. So i did some research online and found this brand which was also an Amazon Choice. I thought i would give Epsoak a try and the first day I tried this out, it really worked to relax my tired muscles. I highly recommend this for tired souls or soles!

Always a good product

Epsom salts has long been touted as a wonderful healing agent when related to muscle aches and sprains. Other things as well, but I haven't tried those. I have a spa tub and so I can't use fancy smelly stuff, but I can use Epsom salts and they do wonders on sore muscles. I will always recommend them when you know you are going to feel pain the next day after a workout.

I am a bath person. I take a hot bath every night, and shower only when I need to wash my hair which is usually about 3 times a week. They are even edible in small amounts as a cure for constipation. These salts are pure Magnesium sulfate epsom salts. Magnesium is a crucial mineral our bodies need, and often our diets do not contain enough of this. And Magnesium can be absorbed through our skin. Since they are natural, they do not irritate women's private areas either like chemical bath soaps and fragrances can. This huge bag was only 11.99 and got to me in two days through my Amazon Prime. These salts are larger than the typical ones sold at Walgreens and CVS, and they glisten! I love my baths even more now, I have also been putting a few drops of essential oil in my baths and I am in heaven. Treat yourself this is so good for you! This is a tired overworked mom talking who desperately needs to find rest rejuvenation and relaxation wherever possible. But even kids can benefit, especially after a hard day at school or sports. Such a win-win.
