Good price

I have to change these filters very often and this is a good price. Plus I have the added benefit of not having to go to the store. Lately going to the store becomes a lesson in defensive driving. So many people are looking at their phones instead of the road its a wonder we are all not in accidents every day. Stay safe, buy online.

Great little filters for the price. The only thing to note is that you have to change them every two weeks, which makes them a little more expensive than they may seem.

Works great, very solid price at amazon

If you have one of those small aqueon tanks like me, amazon is the place to buy the filters. I pay about 40% less online than at petsmart or petco. Here's the issue with these filters in general, the water flows through one part of the filter only, so about 1/3 of the filter gets dirty while the rest stays pretty clean. Bad design on the filter system, but if you don't want to replace the filter system, at least you get these filters for cheap online. So 5 stars on the filter, 2 stars for the filter system/tank.

These filters work great and because of the decent cost it makes it affordable to change the filter often to keep down any Algae in my betta tank .

2/3 the price vs the Pet store!

These Aqueon filters work very well in our 1 and 2.5 gallon Betta fish tanks. Due to the small size of our tanks (and its one fish contents), the filter can get changed out around only once per month. The filters cartridges do an effective job when used with the Aqueon filter. They do not make excessive noise or smell funky during use. Changing the filter is a snap and the filter cartridge lays horizontally in the filter which allows for more effective filtering. Best part is, on Amazon they are 2/3 the price or 30% less expensive for a six pack than at the pet store!

I had an extremely cloudy, small aquarium and not matter what I did I couldn't seem to clear the water. Got these, rinsed one as suggested, put it in and withing a few hours the water was pristine! That was two month ago and I've never had to replace it yet! How's that for a great product?

These work great in the appropriate aquarium. If you notice that you are going through filters rather quickly (1 per week) that means you need to do a good cleaning of the fish aquarium. Make sure to clean the rocks really well or buy new ones, any added items and especially the filter that hangs into the water that sucks up the gunk. I soak that in extremely hot water and am amazed at the gunk that builds up in there that you can't see.

It works like it is supposed to

Use these for the 2.5 gallon aqueon tank. It works like it is supposed to. I have needed to change it every 2 weeks because it gets so dirty. I would however recommend looking at a different tank with a much better filter if I were to buy a new one.

Great Filters!

I've been using these filters since I've owned my aquarium. They are good quality and work great. Picks up all the scum and keeps my betta's tank cleaner longer. Two thumbs up! I change the filter usually once a month.
