It was my first time sculpting as well as using sculpting chocolate. I was super glad to find out that it also enables you to make your sculptures really detailed. It melts a little in your hands so everything looks very smooth. Great product

This was the first time I tried sculpting chocolate- so I don't have anything to compare this specific one to. But I will say, was easy to use and is a great substitution to fondant, or a great a addition to fondant depending on what you are going for. It was easy to knead and roll out and use with cookie cutters or fondant/ gum paste mold. The only thing I will say it dries much faster then fondant, but no worries there if you don't like it just roll it back up and knead again and its as good as knew. It's a fairly forgiving decoration. Would highly recommend for beginners. I would say if you intend on mixing this with fondant to cover a cake just note this is not as pure white as white fondant, but if you knead it together enough you won't be able to tell after adding it to the fondant.

This was my first time using modeling chocolate and fondant and it was a great experience! (My son had a knight themed party and requested a suckling pig cake!) This product exceeded expectations and was very easy to work with, I highly recommend it!

First time i actually used modeling chocolate to make figures for the cakes I make. OMG...can't believe i never used it until now...will nevrr use anything else...so eady.

This chocolate works very well and tastes good, too. I mix approximately 25% fondant with it when covering a cake or large areas and get good application with the yummy flavor. I made lots of beautiful roses with this also. Takes color well.

Good price, REALLY easy to work with, tasty too! I know just enough to be dangerous and even I have managed to make good things with this stuff. If you mold Rice Crispy treats, you can roll this modeling chocolate out and it blends together just like clay. I use gel food coloring for paint and the chocolate takes the gel fairly well. The alligator above took about 2/3 of a tub.

First time using molding chocolate. I found it melts in hands much easier than you maybe used to if you use gum paste. I found this will last longer and you can remold it as drying time is super slow. For my flowers I will continue with gum paste. Molds I will use molding chocolate.

I bought this modeling chocolate to make Gumby cake toppers for my brother's birthday party. It was my first time working with modeling chocolate, but after watching all the seasons of Cake Boss and buying a set of decorating tools I felt I'd be able to do it. They came out great, and the chocolate was super easy to work with.

Love it my first time using it. Used it to cover rice krispie treats for my grandsons birthday cake

Great product. Easy to work with. I look forward to trying other projects. Roses came really life like.
