I read the other product reviews for this frame. I saw that many reported good quality for the price, while others complained about warpage, the metal tabs, poor squareness, glass problems, paint blemishes, etc. I also noticed that all of the different frame size reviews are lumped into one large group but there is a Web site tab option to isolate just the size of your frame. I had one of the very positive experiences. The 12” x 18” frame arrived safely in a large, sturdy box with ample bubble-wrap inside to prevent any damage to the frame. The frame and glass (not plastic) were in great shape. It is well-made and aesthetically pleasing. I took my photo in & out about six times to get it positioned just the way I wanted it. The frame withstood my repeated handling with no problems at all. It looks great all together and I’m very happy with it! There surely are other frames commercially available of better quality at much higher prices. In fact, they can get downright EXPENSIVE! If you seek professional, fine art quality, then I suggest you dig much deeper in your wallet and select a different frame. If you, like me, are looking to nicely frame a picture without spending a boatload of money and can tolerate some very minor imperfections, then I recommend this frame!

I purchased these for my coffee shop to hang drink posters on the wall, these look very nice and the frames are very thick and sturdy. Perfect size for what I needed!

Diamond art

I purchased this frame to display my latest diamond art. The frame arrived before it was supposed to arrive, it was in excellent condition and the craftsmanship is amazing. I'm more than pleased with my purchase and I will be ordering from them again in the very near future!

These frames are great!

I don't know what people want when they buy frames, but I just wanted something simple to frame a couple of art prints I'd bought in the past. I didn't need 30 lb solid wood frames... in fact I didn't want that. I just wanted a cheap easy to throw together frame. This fit the bill. Will it last 100 yrs? Probably not. But for someone who moves as often as I do, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It looks great on the wall with a simple black finish. Perfect for my needs! They are not at all flimsy, so if you're worried about them falling apart, don't. They came well packaged with bubble wrap as well. Overall some great frames!

Great purchase, great quality, GREAT price!!

I purchased 5 of these frames for some 11x17 Broadway Musical posters. I couldn't be more pleased! I'm amazed at how nice these frames are at such an incredibly low price. ($8 each? Free shipping with Prime?? WHAAAT???) They were delivered quickly and were packaged carefully with plenty of bubble wrap. All 5 frames arrived in perfect condition. Ignore negative reviews on these frames - they truly are sturdy and well-made. And what a bargain!!!! I will be buying more as I collect more posters. At this price I can frame all the posters I want.

Great priced frame

These are so perfect for the posters I wanted to frame for my bedroom. I ordered three 11x17 frames and they all came in one box. Each one was bubble wrapped twice. Not one imperfection on them. Really happy with these. I've inserted some photos. They also have three hangers on the backside. Two to hang them vertical and one to hang them horizontal.

Very nice frame for very little money.

I have a hand painted piece from India, on silk. Looked all over for the right size frame. Shipping was as much as the frame but still altogether was the best price for a less expensive frame. I am very happy with it.

I had a picture of our family reunion from several years ago that had been taken with a digital camera. The print size was different than a standard frame, however after working with my local Staples Print Shop we came up that the picture would crop to an 8.5 by 14. I had one print made and ordered the SNAP frame. While it's nothing fancy it was sturdy and the print fit perfectly so I ordered an addition 5 prints and frames. They will be gifts for my children and siblings.

Very basic, reasonably priced frame

I am in the process of completing my man cave/pain cave where I do most of my writing at home and where I also do 90% of my workouts (when they aren't done outside). Part of this process involves hanging prints and posters. I do not want to spend a significant amount of money to outfit the room as it's really only for me and I am looking for a basic vibe. These frames are perfect for that - I have used them to hold old race bibs, cheap prints, etc., and they look just as nice as the fancy frames my wife paid exponentially more money for and that are now hanging in other portions of our home.

Excellent frame, easy install and perfect fit

Excellent frame, easy install and perfect fit. The back has three locations for hanging which are in odd places. There are two in a good spot if you're hanging this vertically, but to hang horizontally it would require another anchor point(or mine is just defective and never had that piece installed). Doesn't matter to me because I'm hanging it vertically. Looks and feels to be of good quality. The frame isn't separating anywhere and seems to be well constructed.
