So easy to clean

A bit smaller than I had thought BUT fits perfectly for the mat and bowls I bought. Very clean and easy to clean which I love because it keeps anything from growing. Totally recommend this for any pets with allergies like mine.

Just the ticket

Our cat will only drink out of metal bowls. Who came blame her? At first she was afraid of the waterer as sometimes it will gurgle after she drinks from it when the water is settling downward. The waterer is in our bathroom, so at first we would sit on the toilet and keep her company when she wanted a drink until she overcame her fear. We use the waterer for water and for food for our cat. We removed the black plastic piece on one to enable the food to come down.

Get a bottle brush and this is so easy to clean

I really don't understand some of the issues others are having with this product. I previously used the petsafe water dispenser and that thing is impossible to clean, so many little crevasses. Get a bottle brush and this is so easy to clean, three pieces all simple enough in design to thoroughly clean, Or I bet you could put the metal dish in the dishwasher. It can be a bit tough to pull apart, but with a little force it will come apart without breaking. I haven't had it for a super long time so I can't comment on whether it rusts or not. I will update my review if it does.

Better design than several others I’ve tried

Other models are too easily tipped over by rambunctious dogs. Then they can chew off the cap of the bottle. This one has a better design with the stainless container. Sturdier. Not easily removable bottle for dogs to tip over. It does not fill the owl up as much as I think it should. It leaves a fairly shallow amount of water in the bowl. Idk if there is a placement issue I’m not aware of. But it’s fine for the dogs. You do have to dissemble it for cleaning. Main thing I like is it’s sturdy and big dogs can’t ruin it.

Works great, difficult to open

Good product, works as expected. Only issue i have with it is that it is difficult to remove the plastic jug from the base, each time I feel like I am going to break it. Has not broken yet (and opened about 20 times so far), so might just be how it has to be made. Water flows fine and though the level in the bowl seems lower then I would have anticipated, my dog has no problem getting enough water. Great to have so that I do not have to worry if unable to leave work for lunch, always plenty of water.

Love it!

When I first got it, I made sure there weren't any sharp edges or anything, as I've read on other reviews. Also, the water container just sets on the waterer.. lifts right out without any issues. I'm not sure if the other ones were lemons, or if they improved the product, but I love this, and hope it lasts forever! So much easier to clean than the plastic ones! I do have cats & a medium sized dog that uses it, so some would thing it's too small for large dogs. I like it, as once the water gets low, it's time to clean anyway!

Get stainless steel and not plastic!

Easy to use no problems removing tank as in other reviews. Used the cap from my old petmate gravity water since this one does not allow for a filter (only bad thing in my opinion). Bought this one for ease of cleaning as spots that we could not get cleaned in the old one had my dog sick on more then one occasion. Don’t be put off by the gallon compasity (is good for about 4 days for my 62lb dog).

Great price, easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.

This is the perfect size and it doesn't look too gaudy like how most of the auto-water dispensers look. It was the best price on one that size and looks, as well. I have two dogs, a Lab/Pointer and a Walker hound, and I probably fill it up every day and a half. It's super easy to fill and plop back in, which is a plus because I've had some where you literally lose half the water just trying to flip it upside down, and into the bowl. Leaving an unhappy human, but happy puppers with muddy paws who like to 'dance' in the water. No muddy dancing recitals with this one.....GREAT BUY :)

Best water dish i've ever had

I've had this container for about 3 months now, and it has worked exactly as i hoped. I just wanted to let people know that i haven't had any of the problems the other reviewers have had. My cats have no problems using it. I think the one thing that is funny is that it's so clear and clean that it is a little hard to see how much water is in the bowl.
