I wanted to make sure that I used this pan several times before I wrote this review because there are several bad reviews for it. I was even hesitant to buy the pan because it is rather expensive for the size. I'm confused by some of the bad reviews for this. I work in the food industry, so I know quality cookware. I could tell this pan is exceptional quality when I opened the box. I've put this pan on the highest heat, threw in a cold burger, cooked it and then put the pan directly into a sink of water (note, don't do that, it's bad for pans). The pan didn't warp, the nonstick coating is still perfect. Then I again put it on high and threw in a piece of cheese. I left the cheese until it was smoking black. It scraped out instantly and I wiped the pan clean with paper towels. The only thing I haven't tried on this pan is using metal utensils. I've done about as many bad things to this pan as I can think of and the pan looks brand new. I can't imagine what some other people are doing to cause it to warp or ruin the nonstick coating. I need a whole set of these pans!

This is simple. My whole life I have been a $25/year for a pan type of guy. You get the cheap non-stick and it works well for a few months then declines for the rest of the year till you get fed up enough to buy a new one. After doing some research around what constitutes a good pan, I wasn't looking to needlessly spend a lot of money but wanted certain features. My wife and I looked around at different pans, conceded a few features we thought we wanted and opted for what has the best non-stick surface, is scratch resistant, and heats evenly, and we landed on this masterpiece of kitchenware. I can say for certain this is the best pan I have ever owned in my life. With cheap pans you still need to spray and grease despite being "non-stick". If you don't believe me, try cooking your morning eggs without anything in a $25 non-stick pan. You will basically lose the pan at that point because cooked egg is almost impossible to get off a pan once it's burned on. Not with this pan. Wash, dry, put on the stove, crack a couple of eggs, and in a few minutes you have eggs that are fully cooked and will not stick to the pan despite no cooking spray. The instructions even tell you not to use cooking spray when you get the pan. I thought it would take longer to come to the conclusion I have come to. I thought that even a cheap non-stick pan is great for a couple of months so I would have to cook in it daily before I thought it was better. But I was sure in the first week. The heat distribution is fantastic. There is no warping or anything, which can happen rather quickly on a cheap pan. If anything changes I'll update this review. But so far it was entirely worth the cost and I couldn't imagine going back to another cheap pan. I cook in it daily, eggs, different meats, vegetables, and it never has any issue with cooking evenly or things burning to the pan. I have overcooked some beef in it and the little bit of reduced juices that maybe char a bit and normally wrecks a pan wipe away effortlessly with a little swipe of my plastic spatula.

I was admittedly skeptical when my wife bought this pan, almost 2 years ago now, and it still going strong. The only thing I really noticed that if we left vegetable oil in it after cooking, it would stick to the pan and be a pain to wash out, by which I mean I'd have to wash it twice to get the residue off. But once we learned that, all was good. We've never had anything else stick and the pan is a dream for me to wash. Its also heavier than other pans we've used in the past, but not so much that my wife won't use it. On a related note, if you burn the ever living hell out of something on a regular basis, buying expensive pans might not be for you, as I'm pretty sure the warranty isn't designed for that.

I have been researching nonstick cookware for months. I knew I'd found what I wanted when I discovered this Woll brand/model. This set is phenomenal in every way. I have cooked a variety of meals, including stove to oven recipes involving searing of meat followed by braising, eggs, soups, pastas, etc. I love to cook but have used name brand (RevereWare) but fairly basic cookware for 30 years. I had no idea what a difference this cookware could make in my results. Omelets have a gorgeous golden brown surface and slide in the pan. Scallops develop the beautiful caramelization and look like they came from a fine dining establishment. I just use a very small amount of oil or butter in the pan for eggs or foods I'd like to nicely brown. Water/broths/stocks seem to reach a boil much more quickly. The manufacturer had stated that lower heat settings can be used due to the superior distribution of heat, and I am certainly confirming that to be true. I am using silicone utensils as recommended, but any utensil can be used. The nonstick coating is the same on the outside as the inside. The handles are attached very securely with a patented process that avoids use of fasteners placed inside the pan, making cleaning simple. And cleaning could not be simpler with zero scrubbing needed for anything I have cooked in these. I use warm water, dish detergent, and a sponge to quickly wash and then rinse. This quality made, nicely weighted cookware is the best thing that has happened to my cooking (as well as my clean-up afterward). Not only does food look better, it cooks more evenly and better, sealing in flavors for a gourmet experience. I highly recommend Woll Diamond Plus cookware, with enthusiasm and no reservations.

This is the best pan that I've ever used in my life. The weight is great and the non-stick surface is by far the best. I've used this pan for over 1 year, very frequently, and I have noticed no degradation in the non-stick capability. I have since purchased this pan for various family members and they all love it. I am glad there is finally a non-stick pan that holds up to its claims and doesn't just wear out in 6 months.

I am totally amazed at the performance of these top rated, no compromise in quality Titanium Cookware. They almost felt like cast iron and then they heat up so fast, evenly cooked so I don't have to spend all my time stirring, moving the food around like I did my entire life with other cheap cookware :-( which I bought multiple times anyway. Totally worth the investment. I am also just getting started so will write an update if required at all in future. I am very positive that I would only praise more as the years go by using these sweet dishes, you finally feel like cooking just because you can use the cookware you know. I also felt there was a difference in taste, a lot of spices aren't sticking to the bottom of the dish anymore, they are clinging to the food, the peace of mind that this is the healthiest cookware out there beating steel and cast iron, there is no big fear of burning your food as it cooks in steam so perfectly and please NEVER put on high heat - respect the cookware and it will return the favor of being your lifetime friend in the kitchen. Care for it daily. I do not put it in dishwasher at all, I make sure my cooktop is squeaky clean before I turn up the heat and start cooking. A Must-Have in the Kitchen in every home, do not waste on dangerous cookware where the metals can leech into your food and make your gut unhealthy where 80% of your immunity lies fighting diseases. Keep healthy!

This was worth every penny. I appreciate good tools when I'm in the kitchen (or anywhere, for that matter lol). Agonized over if I should spend the money and hope to not be disappointed. So glad I took the chance after reading other reviews. It sits dead level on my range for even cooking. I have fried eggs in it, with ghee, and it is slippery as anyone could want. I'm not someone who thinks fat is a bad thing,so haven't tried using without the ghee.To clean (unless really dirty), I run hot water- NO SOAP, and dry immediately with a paper towel. If you use soap, I suggest as with all non-stick pans you put a tiny amount of oil to re-season and it should provide years of service barring abuse. I also never turn my electric range past 7 on the dial. On my range, using a digital thermometer, it reads around 350-360, which should be hot enough to cook anything anyway. Hope to be adding on more when I can afford to this collection. This is IMO, the best if you can only afford 1 as it is deep and large enough to handle most any 1 skillet meal. Omg and I LOVE that clean-up is so easy because there are no rivets from the handle on the inside!

I was looking for cookware NOT made in China. Unfortunately, I’ve only found 3; Woll made in Germany, ScanPan made in Denmark, and Swiss Diamond made in Switzerland. Even the professional chiefs choice of AllClad is now made in China! From doing research I’ve learned all non-stick cookware will eventually lose this feature over time, so I didn’t let that be a drawback in my choice. So far, I’m totally loving my Woll cookwear set. They seem to be extremely well made and are attractive in their simplicity of design. I have no regrets.

I ordered a set some time ago and used my frying pans to death - have a big garden each year and process lots of veggies, etc. So considered some other pans as replacements and didn't find any that I feel could beat these. So reordered the 3 frying pans - the rest of the set is in good order. Didn't need more lids. I recommend these highly!

This is my second Woll pan. Liked the first one so much I wanted another and yes, I do have both cooking at the same time. Thicker than most pans, they heat and cook evenly. The non-stick finish is durable and easy to clean. This morning I fried four eggs at a time. Ehen done, I wiped it with a paper towel and done. Tonight I used it with a lid for making rice pilaf. Avoid those flimy pans and treat yourself to quality. Makes cooking more fun. .
