These are awesome. Much, much bigger than expected. Although not shown in picture; they come with a sturdy base to attach on your swingset. I attached them easily with a phillips screwdriver to our wooden set.

basic "pretend" telescope (for play only, no magnification) -- great for imaginative play at the playset!

We got this for our playground. It's simple, made of plastic, and has NO magnification whatsoever. The telescope comes with two screws that you put through the yellow base into the playset. We'll be attaching it to a piece of scrap wood or something before putting it on the railing of our fort, as the top railing piece is NOT thick enough to accomodate those screws without splitting the wood. No big deal, though, honestly. But, we're ok with that. Because this telescope is something our kids like regardless. And it inspires imaginative play. I'll post an update if there are any issues with it holding up to standard kid play; otherwise assume we're satisfied and it's well made!

Bigger than I thought which was great, bright

Built a treehouse for the grandkids, they love pirates, and they thought this was the greatest thing ever. It does not magnify but it is very bright so they have no idea and can aim it at the ducks and boats. I even had to get some pirate hats which I am expecting tomorrow.

Binoculars

It’s much nicer than I was expecting. My grandkids love to play.

Great. Has some plastic "optics" in it but doesn't magnify. The yellow base installs with two included stainless wood screws (they're maybe 1 1/2" long). He actual telescope has a ball attached to the bottom that actually pops into the yellow base. There's nothing but friction to hold it in place. A strong kid can pop it out. Mines been outside unprotected all winter and is fine.

Great product for the playground

Great product that kids abuse but this strong playground accent can take it. Colors are dark green and bright yellow. It comes with all you need for installation.

Kids love it

Got these with the telescope and the kids really love playing pirates in the treehouse. They work really good.
