Nice Little Box

This is a nice little box. I got it for the crayons I let my nieces use. They are small enough they have trouble with the crayon box. I planned on getting a plastic one, but couldn't find a size I liked. While this isn't exactly perfectly sized it still works well for a 64 box of crayola. It looks much nicer than a plastic box would. I expect the crayons to leave marks on it, but was ok with that since I expected it in advance.

I used it as a decorative 🔑 key and cell phone box. It serves it’s purpose but it’s not sturdy like for a safe box lol. It was I lil off, didn’t close evenly. A little over price but less expensive than other art stores. Overall all I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve bought 2 the same size and 2 others different sizes.

Sturdy, well made trinket box

This solid pine box exceeded my expectations. Sturdy and well constructed. This is the box with ball legs. I am wondering if some of the negative reviews are perhaps for a different box? It is definitely NOT balsa wood. My only complaint is the price is now TRIPLE what I paid in November 2017 and I don't understand how it could change that quickly. In the attached photo, I added the ornamentation on top of box - does not come with box.

Good product for the cost

The box arrived quickly in a bubble-lined envelope. All was in good condition. The box opens and closes easily. The lid aligns well with the bottom box. I purchased a plain box so we can draw personal inscriptions for a gift. Overall, highly recommend.

Nice small box

This came unfinished which is fine with me. A little stain and some polyurethane and it is ready for my purpose! I wanted something decent to store a brass compass in and this fits the bill perfectly.

Shipped extremely fast, good condition

I ordered the 6" x 4" x 2" box and I'm very pleased with it. It's the perfect size for storing the small dōTERRA sample bottles in. Especially once I line the inside of the box. It's sturdy and the latch is strong. Would recommend it to others.

My medicine chest just got a facelift!

This box is perfect for my meds: roomy and fits my purple kitchen decor. Hides the meds perfectly; I added some hardware and a little padlock to lock up the content. Inside is a purple felt and outside is decorated so the box looks like a keepsake :) Quality is great, straight edges, smooth finish, no rust. LOVE IT!

A Presentation Box Instead of a Gift Bag

This was a godsend. I bought a gift that was handmade in Australia but came in a regular postage box. It was hard to find anything attractive, upscale that fit. This was a perfect fit! I painted it a bronze gold, put my own personal stamp on it and now it really looks like a lovely gift box. My only caveat was that I wished it was smoother to the touch and had a simple clasp...then it would be truly perfect.

Excellent value

There may be quality control issues based on the poor reviews but the box I received was flawless. The wood was fine, not warped at all, and the lid was lined up perfectly. The wood is a decent quality and would be fine stained but I wanted to use a light lacquer based paint anyway. This type of paint is thin and looks like a cross between staining and normal thicker paints that hide the grain. I know amazon doesn't like us quoting prices in the review but in this case the price is key. For what I paid, with Prime's free shipping, I couldn't have asked for more.

Great quality for the price!

They may a have slight quality control issue if you read all the reviews. I needed 14 of these to make Peg Doll nativity sets and have something to put them in. I ordered one to be sure I liked it and it was perfect! Size is exactly as stated. It fit 7 3.5 inch peg dolls and two of the shorter ones! I ordered 13 right away and they all arrived in Great condition! They ARE thin and will need to be sealed or perhaps glued in the corners if you want lasting strength but, I think they will hold up perfectly for what my customers need. With some mods they are even better and more than worth the price.
