Suprising Product for the Money

We didn't expect much for $75. plus shipping. Therefore we were pleasently suprised with the quality of the planting bench, ease of assembly, quality of the wood & hardware. Prior to assembly we treated the various wood pieces with Water Seal to assist in longevity. Assembly time was less than 30 minutes including a cup of coffee. All in all, I do believe we'll order another one.

Quick to assemble, sound in structure.

Purchased it as a Mother's Day gift. It was easy to assemble. It smelled great (like cedar). It was solid, sound and beautiful to look at.

Nice little bench.

This is a nice little bench! Very sturdy and easy to put together. It has a nice look and is very functional. We made this bench part of our backyard landscape and it fit right in. I put a coat of water seal on it as it will be living outdoors through all the seasons. Also we placed a sheet of clear plastic over where the drawer is to keep out rain water and that works well along with adding a few weep holes along the back channel where the lattes connects as it also can fill with rain water. Our bench is also in close proximity to the grill and may double as serving or extra space when having a barbecue. We shall see how it holds up in the long run but for now it is just what we needed.

I loved it but not exactly what I wanted

I loved it but not exactly what I wanted. The one I wanted was over 400 dollars, so I improvised with 5 cans of spray paint and 14 dollars worth of tile. I love it and now it fits perfectly with the exterior of my house. Oh and much heavier😊 Now to put some herbs and plants on it.

Buy This Potting Bench - You Will Love It!

Looked long and hard for a nice, but not too expensive potting bench. I really liked the look of this product and the price so ordered it. When it arrived, the packaging was great - no pieces damaged. Every piece of cedar was smoothly sanded and had beautful grain. I took the time to use exterior grade white glue when assembling it, and also applied two coats of exterior Varathane to protect the beautiful natural cedar finish. My wife and I absolutely love this potting bench and recommend it highly - You don't need to buy an over-priced bench to get the quality and performance this product provides, but do recommend making the extra time to glue and protect the wood to make it even better! We loved this product so much that we recently bought another Best Choice - a raised vegetable garden and it was equally impressive.

Great potting bench for the money!

My potting bench arrived yesterday and I dreaded putting it together. It was easy peasy. People said a half an hour but I think it's closer to 15 minutes. It is lightweight, which I like because it was me myself and I Who put it together. I did run out and get two cans of clear acrylic spray paint. It's all set up and ready to go. It's just what I was looking for and the price was great. It's on my back porch now, here's a photo.

BUY THIS POTTING BENCH!!

Last summer I looked into getting a potting bench. I didn't end up choosing one. I was browsing again the other day, and I stumbled upon this one. I purchased it, and I am so glad that I did. I received it rather quickly, which was much appreciated it. I sprayed it with a sealer and left it to dry, and it was ready to use in no time! It didn't take long to put together, but just as others mention, make sure to follow the directions. Using a drill will make the process much quicker. I love that it comes with hooks to hang supplies on. I also love that you can finish this bench any way that you want. I just added a handle on the drawer to make it easier to open. This is a good sized bench and is pretty sturdy. I would definitely recommend this to any plant lover!

Great Value

Arrived securely boxed. Fit and finish are excellent; had no problem whatsoever assembling it with only a screwdriver. Finished piece looks like it would cost much more. It's gratifying to see that my labor added so much value! I'm going to fit it with a small bar sink so it can double duty as a potting bench as well as an outdoor bar. Update: the potting bench, after taking stain and spar varnish, and equipped with a bar sink & faucet, now doubles as our patio bar!

Perfect Affordable Potting Bench

We easily assembled the bench and put a weather coating on it just in time to set it out in our December rain storms. Tender flowering plants are taking shelter on it, and it is easy to drape a frost cover over the bench and them. The design is beautiful, the wood is sturdy, and the working surface height is just right. Extremely pleased with this item!
