A must have for finishing needlework
This product is a must-have for anyone who frames their needlework in a traditional frame. I use these self-stick boards with all of my cross stitches before I put them in their frames because it keeps the fabric from wrinkling/slouching in the frame. It keeps the fabric nice and smooth, even after a year+. From my experience using these boards, they don't discoloration the fabric; I only discovered them a few years ago, but so far, so good. They're super easy to use, too. It may take a few tries to get everything all squared up and even, but the great thing is that the fabric can be lifted back up after it's been stuck down without the fabric or the board getting destroyed - it keeps its stickiness. I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to preserve their handmade work in a frame, whether it be cross stitch, embroidery, etc. This product is just as important as the frame and is an essential piece to finishing your work.

Perfect mounting surface for diamond painting
Purchased as a backing material to frame a diamond painting that was odd sized to fit in a frame. The 11 x 14 sticky mat fit perfectly, so we centered our art project and pressed on. The paper cover folded back easily to be able to position prior to pulling the entire cover off. The diamonds keep the adhesive far enough away from the glass so it is not sticking. Will use this product for future framing. Delivered fast. One corner was a little bent, but not problematic.

Great for mounting cross-stitch & embroidery
Just as easy as the directions say and the larger size was quite helpful for a bigger project. Even cutting one side down was simple with an xacto blade. Would recommend!

Professionally prepare stitchery yourself
This is the best way I've found for self-framing finished stitchery projects. After pressing the completed work, there is often still small wrinkles that don't press out. Using the "wax paper" backing I smooth the lined-up project onto the sticky side and it looks professionally framed.
