Fits PSP 1001, no problem!

I found my original PSP 1001 after moving and the battery was quite dead. I placed this order and 2 days later I was playing my PSP again! Fits perfectly. Charged flawlessly. A great, cheap replacement! Thanks

Working Great for Me

I ordered 2 of these and so far they are working great! When they are 100% charged, each will state that I have around 5 hours of battery life... and while I haven't had a continuous 5 hour run to see if that's accurate, I have tested them for probably about 2-3 hours, and at the end of that 2-3 hours, I still had around 30% left after that time. Good enough for me, considering my old battery wouldn't even hold a charge.

Too big to close the case but still good for us.

The battery is to big to get the little door back on but it’s snug in there and I haven’t heard any complaints about it shutting off or falling out without the door on. I read that in other reviews but the price was right I just went for it figuring my boy would want the longer play time. Charges up fine and lasts a long time.

It Works

Tested on my PSP fat and works fine but i originally bought this just for the internal circuit board. I quickly disassembled this and hooked it up to an old tablet battery and my PSP runs forever now.

It's the only battery you can use so buy it

After 20 years you'd think they'd be putting out a better battery.not that it's a bad battery but it's no better than it was 20 years ago.

Just as a replacement battery for your old PSP

I found my old psp 1000 and jb it. The old battery cant hold any power in it. First when I got the battery, I cant charge it with charger. I though I got a dead battery and thinking about return it. When I give up and leave it in PSP with charge cable on it, It could charge by PSP and then latter it could charge by the charger. So far it good for me now.
