You'll Love it!!
I ordered this drill as I had some home repair projects to do. I already had a B&D Trimmer, which I really like too. So I already had a few extra batteries for back-up. (never needed to use them). I have been pleasantly surprised at the torque power. The battery lasted over 4 hours, and was going strong when I had finished my project. This drill is not meant to build a house, but it sure is an excellent tool to have to do jobs around the house. The added bits are nice too. You won't be disappointed.

Light yet very powerful
Surprisingly powerful. I used it to drill 3 inch deck screws into 2 inch cedar for 2 hours straight. While the unit will heat up over time, it cools down quickly. But more importantly, it is powerful enough to do that job well without any issues at all. I am totally satisfied with it. It is also more compact and lighter than the 18V Black & Decker I owned before. Yet outperforms that old 18V by a wide margin. Update: It has now been a year and this drill still performs like it did right out of the box. The battery keeps a charge for a long time too.

This is a nice little drill
This is a nice little drill. Previously I was using a Dewalt 18v but I got tired of spending so much on the brand. I bought this as an alternative and I love it.

Great tool
This is a great drill. Anyone who bought it thinking it was a hammer drill for concrete or other harsh jobs doesn't understand what they're doing. If you want a hammer drill for concrete, buy one! It does a great job for all normal jobs. Specialty jobs require specialty tools. Don't be dissuade by amateur reviews!

Honey Do list is getting done!
Great drill and I love that it came with the drill bits and all those screw driving bits for my projects around the house. We just moved into our house last fall and it feels like my "honey do" list is always growing, plus I like keeping a drill in the house and one in the garage for whenever I need to tighten a screw on a door/cabinet/hinge/furniture pieces or hang stuff on the wall. Surprising too how much power it has for drilling holes in almost anything - I've used it for drilling into the wall to hang a big mirror above the fireplace for my wife, drill holes and then used it to drive the screws in the plastic anchors for hanging a curtain rod above the window on the 2nd floor hallway at home, drilled out holes in a 2x4 to fit a bolt through, drilled through a cookie sheet to help build a project for my son at school and it seems like it will drill just about everything I need it to do. It has been a busy January so far with all these projects! I charged it right after I received it in the mail back in December and went to use it just this week (mid-January) - it was still charged! I'm used to having to charge up a battery before using the drill with my old Black and Decker drill I bought a long time. Charged pretty quick right after I got it, didn't have to charge it over night like my old 18v drill. That was great because I wanted to use it right away. I looked around Amazon for other Black and Decker stuff that uses 20v batteries and it looks like a ton of other power tools and garden tools can work off the same battery. I'm definitely going to check out more of the 20v garden tools for my yard this spring! So far after a month of using this drill around the house I've been very pleased because it has been able to do everything I've needed to do. If you need a drill for your projects at home I highly recommend this one.

Awesome drill with a surprisingly small profile and I'm able ...
Awesome drill with a surprisingly small profile and I'm able to fit it in my cabinet with drill bit to install some shelves. The power was way more than what I was expecting which was a nice surprise. The accessories are great and saves me money in going to buy separate drill bits. For the prices, it's a great deal and it's definitely useful for little things around the house.

black and decker20v lithium drill?
I. Was very sceptical at firstim a diehard dewalt person .but the price was right so I decided to take a chance and buy this black and decker drill to my surprise I put in 480 deck screws in a day and a half the first day I ran on the half charge it comes with that note I fully charged it it is so far a awesome drill and yes I would buy it again

Great battery powered drill that holds charge well
I love this drill. It has saved me so much time on my home improvement projects (which basically means putting furniture together and drilling holes in the walls to mount things). The battery is great and honestly, I can't say how long it lasts because it has never run out while I've been using it. Granted, I only use it for about an hour at most and then I stick the battery back on the charger, but it seems to hold a charge very well too since there have been times when I haven't charged it for about a month, put the battery in the drill, and it still worked as if the battery was full. The drill bits that come with it are standard sizes although I wish the sockets came in more sizes. They are too small for most things I want to use them for. Other than that, this drill is perfect.

Good basic drill for home repairs and improvements
I bought a condo this summer and in the beginning I was hiring a handyman to come do small jobs that I didn't have the tools for. I really wasn't happy with the quality of the work, and I realized that most things would be easy to do on my own if I had a drill and a ladder. Six months later and I'm doing full on DIY home improvements and loving every minute. This is a good basic drill set that can handle pretty much anything I need to do with it, from installing a towel bar to putting in all new hardware and hinges on cabinets and doors. Seems to hold a charge a long time, and comes with a reasonable set of bits. My only complaint is that it didn't include a case, but not a big deal for the price.

For this price, it can't be beat
*** Pros: The drill has a quality feel to it. Not Lexus-quality, but Toyota-quality. My earlier, lower-quality drill has quite a bit of wobble and play in it. That gets magnified if you use a long attachment. That meant many times the drill jumped-out of the #2 screws I mostly worked on, or it damaged the screws a bit by the time I was done. This drill is built to much tighter tolerance and it seems to jump-out of the screws a lot less. Also I see less (but still some) metal residue on the bit after turning a screw. Lots of torque Excellent speed control. You can turn a screw at exactly the speed you want. This is very helpful in avoiding over-torquing and having the bit jump out of the screw. I do small projects around the house, so still on my first charge Nice weight. Not too heavy. *** Cons: No strong negatives. I looked at much much more expensive drills and wished for some extra features, so sharing that just FYI: 1] Many drills have LEDs that spotlight your work area. This one didn't. 2] Built-in horizontal and vertical level would have been nice, though I never used the ones in my earlier drill. 3] I much prefer drill/drivers because their stubby snouts make them much more handy to maneuver into tight spots. This drill has a traditional profile. Now add a longish bit to get into a tight spot and you've got something that's nearly a foot long! 4] Top-of-the line drill/drivers costing 3-5 times more, are brushless. That means much longer battery life and no carbon brushes to wear-out. If you're willing to pay extra for quality, it might be an idea to look at brushless drill/drivers as well. I could have bought one of those myself, but in the end felt my very light use didn't justify such an expensive tool. *** Conclusion Every product offers a balance of price/performance. This drill is excellent for its price. Highly recommended at its price.
