Great for outdoor parties!!!

I saw this model at an open air restaurant and just had to have one like it. I use it to provide both heat and light for outdoor cocktail parties. it works very well, however, I do not believe it gives off as much heat as those without the glass tube. Of course, it gives more light than those without the tube. Be prepared to spend at least two hours assembling this heater. Use a step ladder instead of leaning it as they suggest. Follow the picture directions carefully or the glass tube will not be compressed between the two fire proof gaskets and may fall out and break.

Absolutely Beautiful

These heaters are amazing and offer more heat than others. My husband and I were a bit skeptical of the amount of heat they would provide so we ordered two just in case. We have a covered awning away from our house which is exposed on all sides, and the two together work perfectly for our 40-50 degree evenings. They did require a lot to put them together, but if you follow the directions, it isn’t so bad.

Love these, bought two and they look amazing on my terrace. I had someone put it together for me, they said the second one goes faster and all parts were there and instruction were clear. I love the bronze finish , it goes well with my bronze patio furniture. Lots of bang for thee buck. Going to invest in covers too.

well i have to say the quality of this product exceeded my expectations. Well packaged and assembled easily . You need about 2-3 hours to assemble the hardest part was taking off the protective plastic from the side panels on the base. make sure you follow the instructions . This product doesn't put out much heat at all. I purchased for the bling!! .Looks great and will add lots of ambiance to your yard so keep that in mind.

The hardest part of putting this together was removal of the protective covering on the stainless steel , make sure your bottom plate and the control ate lined up correctly . Great product Thank you

Patio Heater

This heater is quite impressive to look at. Although, I did not realize the height of this model. It is definitely too tall to store under our eaves or our gazebo. We have concerns about the inclement weather tipping it over and shattering the glass. The patio heater was delivered in really bad shape. I took pictures of the beaten, ripped, and torn box in case there were any issues with broken or bent pieces. Luckily, it was securely packed and all pieces were intact. Although it was missing the two wheel assemblies. I called the 800 number and was directed to a website to report the missing pieces. The directions indicate 90 minute assembly time.... no way. This is very inaccurate. It took me hours!! Most of the large pieces had protective coverings on them. These all needed to be removed before assemblying. In several cases, the protective seal left a sticky residue which I had to remove with Goo Gone then was each piece. Some of the directions were not specific enough or the terminology wasn't in sync with the directions. Eg: In the first step they mention attaching the "hood" to the plate. Product list does not have a hood listed. Labeling parts with the letters A,B,C..etc from the package contents would be helpful. Fortunately, the pieces fit exactly: holes were perfectly set. We may have to sell this heater to a restaurant because it may be too tall to keep on our deck. Yet I hate to give it up because it looks so awesome.

This works very well Just know that it is a high-BTU device and will drain a propane tank pretty quickly -- I can squeeze 2 nights out of 1 tank. But -- it is great and I would buy it again.

great heater, good quality, so glad I bought the commercial one.

All is good with the heaters. The only issue is the instructions .... they were bad at best. I bought 2 heaters, first one took 3 hours to put together, second one took 1 hour. The glass tube is thick and in one piece, others have 2 piece tubes. Very pleased. Heating is not a good as the heaters with large covers on them, but good heat and a great look. Look and overall function far exceeds the "other heaters".
