I thought it was bad but then I realized it was not being played had to remove another pack to add this one for smooth game play.

Excellent Quality & Good Software Fun

The Sims 3 Disel Stuff in my opinion is the best of the stuff packs because the jeans areas of the game were severly lacking in both male and female. This is actually one of the first packs to have a lot of male clothes options which are mostly hoodies. The Build/Buy items are not my taste but I love it for the CAS items. I was dissapointed that teens were not able to wear the same pants but with a mod i was able to get teens the pants from Disel stuff.

This Pack is everything I desired. The clothes and decor items are perfect.

The Diesel Stuff Pack (SP) is an add-on for the Sims 3, which means you must have the base game to run it. The DVD works on both Macs and PCs. It features a bunch of adult clothes and some objects, all from the international clothing company Diesel. Mostly I bought it because I wanted more options for my adult male Sims, and that is exactly what I got. I didn't get this SP when it first came out because I thought it was all hipster stuff. But it really isn't hipster at all. There are way more clothes in it than I even thought there'd be, and the men's clothes are of much higher quality than one normally sees in this game, which largely has focused on female clothes; I haven't traditionally been that impressed with EA's offerings for male Sims--either they lack a certain masculinity or seem overly twee or simplistic. These are fashion-forward clothes for men that actually look like stuff a normal guy would wear. There are skinny jeans, as I guess we'll never escape those, but also normal-looking hoodies, T-shirts, trousers, and shorts. The only real off-note here is that some of the writing on the shirts is in Roman letters, not in Simlish, but I don't reckon most people will mind all that much and most of the letters are "stencils," which means they're painted atop the clothes and EA has thoughtfully given variants for these shirts without the stencils. The textures of the pants especially look really nice and realistic, but not garishly texture-mapped like in the Katy Perry Stuff Pack. I was much more dubious about the women's clothes, but very quickly became a convert. They're really nice! The walkthroughs and box art don't do them justice at all. The shirts aren't dumpy, as I'd thought, or fussy; they're tailored and feminine, with neat little touches like hemstitching. The T-shirts have interesting designs on them, and the trousers are realistic and well-fitted. Yes, skinny jeans abound, but there's a cool pair of flares that I'll use often. So overall I think these clothes would greatly appeal to anybody who wants to significantly add to their adult Sims' clothing choices, especially people like me who aren't generally impressed at all with how EA does men's clothes. I was impressed by the good execution, the stylish vision involved, and the sheer number of clothes offered in this pack. Of the 10 or so objects, they're not bad. The end table and coffee tables are really cool-looking; the bed, with recoloring, looks interesting and stylish. I love the mirror--it hangs well just about anywhere as an accent. The lamps are all right but not as nice-looking ingame as I'd thought they'd be. There's a white twill upholstered easy chair that is very casual and suitable for most rooms. I see this SP's objects working beautifully with "Contemporary Comfort" and the rock-and-roll sets. If you like this sort of furniture and deco stuff, you'll like Diesel's offerings quite a bit as they are well-executed. If you're more traditional, you might not. I rated this pack so highly because it does exactly what it advertises. It does not pretend to be for all age groups and it is straightforward regarding the low number of objects and lack of hairs/accessories. If you want those things more than clothes, you're probably better off leaving this SP on the shelf. If you just want clothes and you like this sort of style, it's a great SP, one of the stronger clothes-emphasized ones.

Great game, I think... My daughter installed it with her other SIMS and loves it.

Comes with a whole new inventory for the sims house decor, more designs, new furniture and accessories.
