I have a Wahl pair of clippers and a Conair beard trimmer. Both were headed to the recycling bin when I figured I'd oil them up and see what happened. I had gone through the bottle of oil that they both came with years ago, and I thought that was just the natural life of a set of clippers. After applying this oil, immediately both sets of clippers sprang back to life, and are much more effective at cutting hair. I was impressed how much better the clippers worked after being properly oiled. I would say that they both now function as good as new. The part where the clipper blades move over each other is now shines brilliantly. This tells me that they more or less have gotten rid of any oxidation or surface inconsistencies, leaving more energy to go into cutting hair. If you have old clippers, oil them up and watch them cut like new.

Keep your clipper as new. Bought in 2014 and still going strong in 2018, not even close to half bottle. In use with Wahl clipper and trimmer. Turn it off. Drip it, absorb the rust deposits with a paper towel. Repeat a couple times until all the dirt and rust are purged and voila! Good as new. Always clean your clipper after use. No leaks with this bottle.

I needed oil for my dog's electric razor, and this was the best price. I've only used it once, but it seems to do the job of helping to clean the hair out from the razor. Should be very helpful in maintaining the razor, so it lasts longer. The bottle is larger than I realized, so it should last a long time. I like that the little red cap is a screw cap so hopefully if the bottle falls over it won't leak. The tiny oil bottle that came with the razor leaked all over the place... after I used it once. But this bottle seems much better quality than that one, so shouldn't be an issue.

I have used this product in the past for all of my electronic razors and some other uses around the house. The oil is very thin and light and does not cause build-up of residue. It works on a variety of items such as RC modeling, computer fans and other electronic motors and moving parts. I love this oil. I did have one issue which was not the fault of Wahl but rather Amazon. When receiving the oil, it was not packaged but just tossed into the shipping box with other packaged items. The oil was not sealed and the top dispensing cap had been cut off and the red cap was missing. It might have been a return or maybe Amazon was using it for their shipping department and mistakenly placed their bottle in my shipment. This did not affect my opinion of Wahl or Amazon as they were willing to replace it at no charge. However I did call Wahl who was very happy to replace the red cap which they did but them found out later that the dispensing cap was cut and the red cap would not screw on properly. They are now sending me a new bottle free of charge. I am very happy with the product and the support from both Wahl and Amazon.

Not a barber, but I cut my own hair and some family members. Always oil your blades before and after use (and yes I oil after using cool care).i apply generously, and my bottle is still not even halfway empty after cutting my hair every 2 weeks or so. This is a must have, and will save you money in the long run by preventing unnecessary wear and rust on your blades.

Wahl Hair Clipper Blade Oil 4 great product for extending and prolonging the life for my personal mustache trimmer's! I use mustache clippers instead of a razor so it gets expensive replacing the blades! But with the use of Wahl Hair Clipper Blade Oil my clippers have been running well over a year now! And I still have half of a bottle left! A couple of drops to my Clipper blades before each use helps my blades sharp and keeps the blade function moving with sharp percussion! I would very much recommend to any barber or just the average joe that likes to have fresh running clippers just in case of emergency shaves!

I had my my Norelco for over three years and here and there it started to cut me . I looked , I read, I cleaned and it seemed like it need it some oil and apparently keeps it sharp too. I expect this oil to last me few years . I will probably use this for my bike and anything else that requires oil.

I was really surprised at just how big a 4 ounce bottle of clipper blade oil is. It's probably two or more times as much clipper blade oil as I have used in my entire life. Looks like I won't be needing to buy more for...maybe ever. It's easy to use and keeps my clippers moving smoothly and not snagging my hairs.

I use this on my disposable razors after shaving in the shower - a drop or two on each end and one in the middle then shake it back and forth (with the vibration on if you have that) and it puts down a nice oil layer to stop some of the rusting/corrosion. I shave daily and my Fusion disposables last 3+ months. I only have to get rid of them when the rubber comfort parts come loose (which I suspect the oil has something to do with). Great, and really inexpensive!

I have two sets of clippers - one for cutting my own hair and one for cutting my dog's. When the clippers start to perform badly, you might be tempted to think the blades need sharpening. That's probably not true - hair is way too soft to dull your steel blades. It's mostly likely because you haven't oiled them. If you don't oil the blades they will clog up quickly and start slowing down, snagging your hair and causing unnecessary pain, besides not cutting well. Keep the blades oiled and you'll get like-new performance out of your clippers every time.
