I received this case a couple of days ago and was disappointed right away about two things (keep reading though). Something was putting off a really strong smell. I took it out of the package and set it on a table and it has pretty much disappeared now. My other concern was that it wasn't as padded and didn't appear to be the same high quality as the Targus brand I was replacing. (I had used it for several years and it was coming apart.) However, I have decided this one is quite sturdy, it fit my iPad 2 perfectly, and it solved the one problem I had with my old case: when we FaceTime with the grandkids, I have to lean it against something heavy so it will sit straight and not lean. There were three grooves on my old one but none of them worked. This one puts the iPad in perfect position. The price was great, shipping was free with Amazon Prime, and I'm very happy with my purchase!

Works great and well made

I got this iPad cover to replace my magnetic cover. This cover is solid and well made. It has two settings to angle the iPad while on a table, which is great depending on how much I'm slouching on the couch :).

This ipad stand works better than expected. I spend much of my time sitting in a wheelchair with my iPad that I recently purchased. I bought this holder and found that it fit perfectly and was very functional. You can view your iPad horizontally or vertically by rotating the a ipad that has been snapped onto the ipad2. When the iPad is not in use I can close the stand which protects the ipad. This ipad stand is will worth the money.

other reviews mentioned they received defective/broken items but mine was very well wrapped. the leather has been holding up as well. our 6yo very messy boy at home is pretty rough with it and often gets food etc. on it and its been holding up! we wipe it down very often with clorox wipes and it's been doing fine. also stands up well. the back is slightly confusing and if you're unfamiliar with this case you might break it trying to open it from the point of twisting for switching the orientation so i would recommend familiarizing yourself with all the parts before being too rough with it. we got one in black and pink and both are doing very well. the case does curve over the screen so when you set it face flat there is a slight border that keeps the screen from being flat on the surface its sitting on.

I love this thing; it fits well, it protects and I use it above all my other holding cases. Its simple in design, easy to clean, and use, just simplistic and has a great look. I’m not very had on my electronics so I rarely drop them or apply any kind of trauma so I have no idea how much of that it’ll withstand, but I do take the tablet to bed with me at night to do a little late night surfing or game play and it certainly stands up to my sleepiness and tossing and turning with very minimal wear.

A very reasonably priced product and my old iPad fitted right in. My old cover has fallen apart and this new cover is great alternative at a very very good price. I bought a Fintie 9.7 before this and it didn’t fit and now I don’t know what to do with.

Good and Functional Case for Older iPad2

Bought this as a gift for someone with an iPad 2. Was happy just to find that they made any cases for the iPad 2 and pleasantly surprised to find that this was actually a decent case for a very reasonable price (~$9). So far the case seems to be of decent quality. It isn't going to amaze anyone but it feels well made and the fit was good. The rotating feature feels durable and works very well. I'll have to see if the case holds up to time but considering how old the iPad 2 is now, I was just glad to find a case. I'll update the review should I find any issues but so far I'm impressed and can recommend this for the price.

If looking for premium case, pay more money!

You may pay as much as you wish for an ipad case, just look around. This one is very inexpensive. In fact, it was nicer than I expected for the price. It works great, protects the unit, lets you swivel it to stand vertically or lie horizontally: I am more than pleased by the quality at the price.

Quality Case with Affordable Price Must Buy!!

The IPad case fits like a glove. There is so much to like about the case. The case allows the viewer to view the iPad in a horizontal or vertical position. The case is also a smart case meaning that when the case is open the iPad wakes up and no need to push buttons to turn it on. Lastly the price is so affordable and the case is very well made for the price. There is nothing to dislike about the case.
