My husband is extremely satisfied. At ninety years old, he finds this product does the trick for those "oops!" times.

Surprisingly comfortable and discreet! Breathability is great and comfortable for active young adults. I'm in my early thirties and walk extensively not only because my work requires me being on my feet all day but I also enjoy walking and hiking with my wife on a regular basis. So I highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel comfortable and protected in any circumstance--particularly for those pesky traffic jams. Great for nighttime use also. Love the snug fit with low rise lining akin to regular underwear. The product design allows me to feel less self conscious and actually get to enjoy the product. My wife is also very satisfied with how the product works on me. An additional Velcro tape adjustable version with same color options and low rise fit would be great for easy changing without having to remove pants and shoes (i.e. Airplane lavatories)

My husband prefers the fit, feeling and comfort of this product. We are pleased to be able to purchase it on a monthly renewable order from Amazon.

We have tried multiple products and this is the best. It's nice to receive a bundle and not worry if the store is out of stock.

I found these the most comfortable and effective product for male incontinence. Mine was caused by Prostate cancer surgery. Based on my experience, I’d recommend radiation before surgery.

My husband just became handicapped. I simply call them underwear. That's how they look and feel and fit. He won't even try anything else.

These fit much better than many briefs, and are high capacity. It is possible that making separate L and XL sizes would make for a slightly better fit because the leg openings would be a little smaller. Other than that, they have proven themselves for my patient's use.

This product is getting closer to the idea of everyday throw away underwear. The colors and fit start to take away the stigma of incontinence underwear. This particular order is being returned because of a poor fit. With the S/M size of 30"-40", my size of 38" causes the flat waist band to roll, giving a feeling of a rope around the waist. Hence, my next order is M/L.

Got these for my 76 yr old Dad. Very pleased with fit and absorbency. He's happy because they look a lot like regular underwear. Nicely done

I prefer this amount and packaging to the smaller amount. Its easier to store and reduces the number of times I need to order. The product is a good one, better than the others in the market, but I wish they also made an even more absorbent one for over night use. The user has severe dementia and cannot be awakened easily in the middle of the night to change his underwear. Does anyone know if putting a guard inside the brief helps?
