This is the stuff to get
My wife is gluten free, so our house is. This is the stuff to get. Buy it, then download the brioche recipe from their website. I used to love to slow-rise bread, but I kind of gave it up since it is hard to get things to rise without gluten! In any case, follow the recipe and this makes bread that I would choose over gluten bread. I know, people say that, but it is really good. I make sandwich bread with it, and I make rolls, all with that one brioche recipe. Oh, and I use it to make cinnamon rolls. If you are feeling really decadent, take the rolls, slice them into thirds, so you get three round bread disks, then use those to make French toast. The buttery/eggy brioche bread makes amazing French toast.

Really can use like regular flour
I used this to substitute the flour in a pie crust. It worked wonderfully until I tried to pick up the dough to put in the pie plate, then it fell apart. I just patted it into the pie plate and it worked just fine. The taste and texture were close to a regular flour pie crust. I'd buy this again. Its hard to find a substitute for flour that doesn't have a weird texture or taste so finding this flour was great.

SO, SO HAPPY!
EDIT: It never occurred to me to look at the ingredients list and just discovered there is powdered milk in this product, which is on the list of restricted foods. However, Cup4Cup also offers a "wholesome" flour in a green bag, which does not contain milk powder. I've just ordered that and will provide a review of that product after I've used it. If dairy isn't a problem for you, you'll love this one! ************************************************************************************************************************************************************ I'm sold! I was dreading my holiday baking this year as we recently learned our daughter needed to avoid gluten. I had purchased another brand of gluten-free flour, and while it came with some of its own recipes, it had no suggestions or formulas for how to convert my own traditional favorite recipes. I emailed that company a few times and was basically told there was no formula and that I'd have to experiment. *Sigh. Who has time and who wants to waste ingredients playing Hit or Miss? Then I discovered Cup4Cup on Amazon. I played with it a bit before the holidays (gravy, pumpkin bread) with very good results. Now I am baking traditional holiday favorites (cookies, Dutch cookie bars) and WOW. I am SO happy to have discovered this product line! With some recipes we notice a slight textural difference from traditional flour; with other recipes it is barely perceptible. But even when it is noticeable it is still a huge plus to even be able to make these recipes so our daughter can enjoy them and not feel left out! Try it -- you'll be sold, too. Update 7.7.16. I set out to make a dessert that requires baking only the crust -- the rest is added after the crust cools and is refrigerated. The crust wouldn't solidify, making a runny sludge. I was so impressed that Cup4Cup's website invites questions about specific recipes, so I sent the recipe for the crust and asked for their advice. This was their response: "Thank you for your email and recipe. We are very sorry that your experience with Cup4Cup in your dessert crust recipes has been less than ideal. In these types of crust recipes, gluten or another type of binder is essential to keep the butter and the flour from separating. Unfortunately, this is an area where using our Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour falls short, because of the lack of gluten there is not enough protein or binder to prevent the butter from separating. We would recommend that you add an egg yolk or an egg to your recipes as this will help bind the flour and butter together so that they do not separate. For the recipe you provided below we would recommend that you add in 2 egg yolks to the recipe and keep all the other amounts the same, then bake as directed." I also told them that I had a similarly bad experience trying to make crust/first layer for pecan bars. They recommended I use the recipe for pecan bar crust on their website or add an extra egg to my existing recipe. I am very impressed with their customer service....and I'm picky about customer service! Other than these two recipes, I am still having quite a bit of success with Cup4Cup.

BEST GF flour out there.
This product is pretty amazing. I don't usually bake with GF flour but I have a few family members and friends that do have GF diets so sometimes I need to do a GF cake or pie. I've used other gluten free flours that gave my baked products a funky texture or taste. I can honestly say that this product works like regular flour. I've used it several times now and every time my baking comes out just as expected....no one can even tell it's gluten free. The only time I notice that it's different is prior to baking- the batter definitely seems stickier and kind of "gluey" for lack of a better word, however, once it's out of the oven, everything is great!

I love it!!
This is best mix for my gluten free baking. Biscuits, bread, and rolls turn out tender and delicious. Easy to use. No messy measuring of several different flours and starches. Usually find recipes calling for the one weird ingredient I don't have in the house. I love Cup 4 Cup!!!

Wonderful product that makes the transition to living gluten free so much easier!
This product is fantastic for those who live a gluten free lifestyle and like to bake. We have been using this since we discovered it several years back. My son was diagnosed with Celiac at 15 mos. I happen to love to bake and I was immediately faced with a challenge. This flour lets me use all my same old recipes and just substitute this flour for the wheat based flour in the recipe. I've never had anything come out any way except great! We have made sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, pie dough, etc. We also use it when cooking meals such as mac & cheese or scalloped potatoes. Literally, any recipe that calls for flour, you can just use this and it will come out perfectly!

Very Good GF Flour Blend
I just tried this for the first time to make a croissant recipe I saw on Pinterest. Croissants are something I miss so much after going gluten free. Obviously, with no gluten, you’re not going to end up with amazingly light, fluffy, buttery, flakey croissants, but keeping my expectations at gluten free level, they were really good! And I think this flour was necessary to make them as soft and tender as they were. Overall I’m really pleased with this flour and I’ll defintiely keep at the croissant recipe. I’m sure I’ll improve with time.

Worth the price! Wish I could buy a bigger bag!
I have been gluten free for 6 months and wanted to make sugar cookies for Christmas with my kids. Store bought gluten free cookies are dreadful! This gluten free flour is amazing! I think I like my sugar cookies better then my old (real flour) recipe. It’s expensive, but gives me new hope of pulling out some old recipes and making them with this gluten free flour.

Great flour
It is difficult in the world of Celiac Disease to find a good tasting flour substitute. This gluten free flour is exceptional. I downloaded several recipes on the Cup4Cup web site. We especially enjoyed the recipe for buttermilk biscuits!

By Far The Best Gluten Free Flour!
I was a bit skeptical at first because I have bought and thrown out so many gluten free flours, but....this is by far the best gluten free flour! My first peach cobbler recipe turned out just as good, if not better than with reg. flour! I will be buying this in bulk, as I will be cooking a lot of gluten free goodies with it! Just try it out....you won't be disappointed!
