I was super impressed on how much I loved this shampoo. I was looking for something gentle, cleansing, and anti bacterial and I think I found it. I've been using this for almost two months now. It made my scalp feel very clean and it was not irritating. It smells amazing, too. The scent is tea tree but not as strong which is what I loved as well. Tea Tree is anti bacterial which helps the scalp. I also saw it had some Argan oil which is great for the hair. Another ingredient this shampoo has is rosemary oil which is very cleansing to the scalp. I have blue hair and it didn't wash out. So, safe to say, it is safe for color treated hair. The only problem I had was that most of the ingredients I listed in this review are at the very bottom of the list which is kinda disappointing. I still recommend this shampoo. I would also pair it with their conditioner. So if you're looking for something anti bacterial, moisturizing, and cleansing for their hair this is the product. I will definitely be buying from now on.

I've had problems with dandruff related to sebhoric dermatitis since I was a kid 40 plus years ago. Nothing I've tried has helped very much and that includes the sulfur based products, ketocanozole Nizoral, etc. I've been using this almost daily for a month now and my scalp is doing better than it ever had other than when I was in the army and had no hair. This stuff works wonders and I highly recommend it. Believe me, I know the embarrassment of dandruff, and the flakes as well as that intense burning and itching that comes with the dermatitis. This stuff helps, at least in my case, immensely. I highly recommend it. Take care.

I bought this shampoo because I have curly/frizzy/color treated hair and I had started breaking out with painful pimples on my scalp and I had heard that tea tree essential oil was great for that. I try to use all natural organic products (I had stopped using natural products for a little while and I think that is why my scalp and skin got bad) so I searched on Amazon for a natural tea tree shampoo and found this one. It seemed to have some great reviews so I ordered it and I am So Happy that I did! After 2 shampoos my scalp was completely clear and has stayed clear and my hair felt amazing! A friend of mine was having the same issues and bought the expensive Paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo and paid double the price and saw no change even after 3 weeks of use, so I told her about this one and how fast and great it worked for me so she ordered it and her scalp healed right away like mine did! The smell is ok (some people like tea tree oil smell some don't) it's not a bad smell and its mild, it's just not my favorite, but I can tell it's real tea tree oil since I have essential oils at home and it smells just like the oil, but also once your hair drys you can't smell it anyway! I absolutely love this shampoo though and will continue to purchase products from this company! I also ordered their Sage Shampoo (I ran out of the tea tree shampoo and used regular shampoo twice and my head immediately started breaking out and I got some dermatitis in some spots so I decided to try the Sage for that) and their Silk 18 conditioner which I just got in the mail today and I am eager to try it and will review it after a week of use!

I was at my wits end . My scalp was itching and flaking. i was left with sore spots.I was driven to using the tar shampoo which smelt awful and I was not comfortable with the idea of using it long term and it provided only partial rlief. My desperate search led me to this shampoo. After reading the review I decided to try it . what did I have to Lose? I was skeptical . Te first time I used it I felt an immediate improvement in the itching. The second time I used it it seemed to be even more effective. I still have some flaking but that horrid itching is so much better. I am not sure if this is a cure but it definitely is making me feel normal again. Also the smell is very pleasant.

Excellent shampoo, I recommend it to people that have dry hair and itchy scalps. I was concerned about whether the shampoo produced a lather, there was no issue, a spot about half the size of a dime gave all the lather that I desired through the full shampoo cycle. I don't use a conditioner after rinsing out the shampoo lather. I Purposely waited to do a review until after I had used the shampoo more than two times. I had a problem with itchiness from my past shampoo and it left my hair dry looking. The shampoo was a highend shampoo. This shampoo made my hair look silkier after the first use. After the second use I no longer had the crazy itching. I have used the shampoo for a week and a half of shampoos, twice per week with simple water rinse throughs on other days. The only drawback that I saw was that I had to keep it out of my eyes, because if I didn't, it stinger slightly, but my old shampoo had the same problem.

I had been having such a difficult time getting rid of dry patches on my scalp. They were so bad I could actually scrape chunks of dry skin from my scalp, and was super itchy, and by scratching them, it had left flakes on my shoulders. I have literally tried everything on the store shelves to get some relief with absolutely no results or relief. So at this point I was willing to try just about anything. So after searching here on Amazon I came across this shampoo, read the reviews, mostly good and a few bad. I bought my bottle about a month ago, and have been using it faithfully everyday. I feel comfortable now giving this review. I have to be totally honest, I was skeptical, but it has made a huge change in my scalp health. I have no more flakes on my dark shirts, and the itching has totally gone away. I still have a couple of patches I’m still working on, but wow, what a difference. Some here have said the smell is pleasant, but I wouldn’t say pleasant, maybe earthy, kind of like wet potting soil. Although this has calmed my scalp, my hair ends are very frizzy now, worse than usual, so I just use an intense conditioner now. My hair is 99% white and gets dry and frizzy naturally any way. I’m very pleased with this product and plan to buy another bottle. Don’t expect instant results, give it a good three to four weeks like I did.

I have searched for a long time to find the best product for my problematic scalp. Through some cruel twist of fate it manages to somehow be simultaneously oily and dry. This past year I have exclusively used this tea tree oil shampoo in tandem with maple holistic's "degrease shampoo" and have seen a marked improvement in my scalp eczema and the cleanliness of my hair. With this combo I can go 3 days without washing my hair and my dandruff is all but gone. My hair looks healthy, shiny and instagram worthy. <3

The Tea Tree Oil Shampoo works very well for my hair & scalp. I have naturally curly hair that I like to wear curly in the summer & straight in the winter when it's too cold to air dry. Whether my hair is curly or straight, it is moisturized, manageable, soft, silky & shiny. My scalp has had issues for years with dryness, itchiness, & flaking especially in the winter, however, I have relief using this shampoo plus my hair looks & smells great too. I tried Head & Shoulders & Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Lavender shampoo & other products in the past, however, I still had flaking & my hair wasn't as soft & manageable as it is with this shampoo. The scalp issues have gone down for me between 60% to 80%. The Tea Tree Oil Shampoo scent may take getting used to, for me though, I am ok with it especially when I pair the shampoo with the Silk18 Natural Hair Conditioner with Argan Oil & the leave-in products I use in my hair. The shampoo cost a bit more than what I normally would spend on shampoo, however, I see it as a healthy investment for my hair & scalp. I took a chance trying it out & I am glad I did because I finally have relief from the itchy scalp & manageable, soft, silky hair that gets complimented. This shampoo works well for me & I have purchased & repurchased it several times & will continue to do so as long as my hair & scalp continue getting the same great results, thank you.

This is excellent shampoo! I have struggled with severe dry scalp for over a year. I am an African-American woman with very curly hair and the medicated prescription shampoo my dermatologist prescribed worked for scalp health, but was too drying for my hair. This shampoo totallly impresses me by removing dry scalp gently, cleaning and conditioning my hair well, AND it smells wonderful! I tried the conditioner also, and it’s nice. But, the shampoo works on it’s own to clean and condition. Get the conditioner if you want a cute gift set for someone. It’s a nice extra, but the shampoo really can work solo. I have been using the shampoo for 4 months.

I've been having alot of issues recently with dandruff and just feeling like even after washing my hair it just seemed oily and would end up with a dry itchy scalp. After reading many reviews I decided this product was worth trying. I am SO glad i did!! Within the first use my hair felt amazing, I also noticed alot less dandruff. i've used it three times now and my scalp improves more and more. Hardly any issues with dandruff or itchy scalp at this point! I've also noticed my hair doesnt seem nearly as oily after a few days. I'm in love with this product!! I know some people complained about the smell. It does have kind of a menthol/eucalyptus smell but i do not find it unpleasant and its not strong. there is a cool, tingling sensation with the conditioner which is nice as well. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone having similar issues with their hair and scalp as me.
