Today is the first poop I’ve had in six months that didn’t make me want to die. I used this product one time last night for the first time in my life and I would trade my firstborn child for it. I have tried other creams that did not work and it was really considering surgery. This product must be made with the tears of baby unicorn and the sweat of Zeus. Crying as I write this because my butt is finally cured.

This Stuff Works!

OK, kind of touchy personal stuff here and is something I just don't talk about even to my wife, but hey, I need to as I consider this a public service review. I don't have serious outbreaks or massive 'roids. I get small ones now and again that are scratchy/itchy and just annoying. Dr Butler has an 1.5"-2" (I'm eyeballing it) insertion tube that goes "up there" to dispense if there are problems "in there". I wish it came with a cap that goes over the insertion tube rather than unscrewing, cleaning (a pain) and putting the cap back on. Just a snap-on cap that goes over the insertion tube would be real handy. This is an ointment, not a cream. Some products I've used irritate a bit when applied and "smart" as they are absorbed. Dr. Butler's is totally irritation/pain free on open sores/'roids, at least for my use. SUMMERY: This Stuff Works, Period. Read on for more info... At my colonoscopy several years ago the gastroenterologist made some notes in my report and recommended Anucort-HC suppositories. Kind of "creepy" to insert for the first few times, kind of like an axe murderer doing his first kill and over time it becomes more efficient. Anucort works best if kept in the refrigerator so the are solid when inserted. You do not feel the cold at all. Anucort-HC does work very well but is EXPENSIVE, like uber-expensive. With a really good company-based prescription drug plan (NOT Obamacare), it is worth it. Out of pocket checking GoodRX.com 12 "Silver Bullets" are $75-$95 and treatment can be 2x/day for 7-10 days. They work, but WHEW, expensive, and if you have chronic issues, you need to see your doc each year to get a new annual refill that incurs a doctor co-pay and time, yada yada yada. The Gastro doc also prescribed Analpram HC cream; 30g tube is like $38 (GoodRx). It is a cream that is applied just like Dr. Butler only it comes with a cap that snaps on the insertion tube after cleaning. It works, however, if your 'roids are sensitive, it can smart/irritate/burn for a few minutes as it is absorbed. However, you need a prescription. I found the Dr Butler product to work better than Analpram for my situation, and it doesn't "smart" when applied. As with any medical treatment "your mileage will vary". And, you do need to work with a doctor to make sure you are getting good treatment. For me, I like Doctor Butler and will continue to use it. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime ;-)

It Works! FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT COME WITH THIS PRODUCT!

I started not to write this because of the personal nature, but Doctor Butler's Hemorrhoid & Fissure Ointment worked so well that I had to share this. Before: For me, the pain was so bad that I had trouble walking. Forget about sitting! I tried many of the OTC treatments, but the witch hazel pads along with warm baths gave me quick, temporary relief - EXTERNALLY. The warm baths gave fastest relief. Witch Hazel pads were slow, but effective over a longer period. However, the pain would return after a n hour or so and the internal pain was greater. After: The first application of Doctor Butler's Hemorrhoid & Fissure Ointment worked so well that the internal and external pain dropped from about 7 to 2 (on my non-scientific pain scale). My next bowel movement was not nearly as painful (around 4 on my pain scale). Each application after that, the internal and external pain remained around 2-3. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT COME WITH THIS PRODUCT! These instructions are just as valuable as the ointment. I didn't stick to the instructions after the first week of feeling much better and the pain returned. This timing was the day before had to travel. I saw a doctor and told him what I was using. He told me to continue using the ointment AND gave me the same set of instructions that came with this product! My doctor gave me a prescription for a stool softener. As I'm writing this, I have no pain at all - internal or external. I used the ointment for three weeks. My last application was a week ago. I am not using any OTC treatments either. I'm VERY SATISFIED!

Wow. I don’t normally write reviews. But when I do they are totally about items that tell me to lubricate then insert in my anus. Not. But let’s be real. You’re ass is gonna love you some dr butler booty cream. It’s ridiculous how good it is. I don’t know what was going on in my bunghole. But it was like crapping a broken bottle of mexicoke every time inlndroooed a duece. It was so bad I often prayed for constipation. But alas this ass salve is so righteous brother. I’m sure it could solve the Middle East peace crisis. Praise butler

Fissurectomy Pain Miracle Worker!!!

Life saver! After trying at no avail to aid with the horrible fissure surgery pain, this helped immensely. It numbs the pain, is not sticky, and lasts a pretty good while. In a desperate search to end my excruciating pain after a fissurectomy I bought this. Although it has less licodaine than the prescription given to me, this worked way better. I was afraid to place inside with applicator as directed but just applying it in the outside are helped greatly. At first I did not feel anything. I expected immediate relief, but as I applied it throughout the day, my pain was less and less. By mid day, I was completely numbed in the area and could move around and handle the muscle spams that were also part of my recovery. Dr. said it’s ok to use along side any medicated ointment like diazem. I noticed that really helped as each does their own thing. Finished one tube in 2 weeks because I used it constantly since I saw how great it worked. I ordered a second which by then I used much less since pain and swelling was significantly reduced. I emailed Dr. Cutler as indicated in package and he gave me a discount. FYI- I didn’t feel that the wipes of the same name did anything for me but this ointment is a true miracle worker!

I'm not going go to into much detail here. Honestly, the only reason I'm even writing this is to post the photo. Short version: it made things substantially more comfortable/bearable.

It’s like God touched my tooshie

I’ve been in pain with hemorrhoids for so long I had given up hope...until Dr.Buttler came along and save my bleeding gutter hole. It's been a little over 24 hours of using this stuff and I can finally function normally again. For 2 months I couldn't stand comfortably, sit comfortably or even lay without a constant pressure and pain. I ordered this as a last Hail Mary before scheduling surgery with the surgeon and it's been nothing short of amazing. Seriously this stuff is like black magic order it!

First Amazon review ever and it’s about my butt problem. This really is a miracle ointment. I’ve been suffering from hemorrhoids for years and I knew when I became pregnant I was in for some trouble. I’m now 5 weeks postpartum and a few days ago I developed a thrombosed hemorrhoid. It was excruciating... I could barely walk and all I could think about was the pain in my rear end. Not easy with a baby that needs you sit on your bum to feed every 3 hours. I tried many at home remedies. Tucks, soaking a cotton ball in witch hazel, Prep H, icing it for 15 mins at a time (which helped the most), Boudreaux’s butt paste (also kind of helped). I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel except surgery. So I started searching and knew Prime would have something here soon. I feel bad for those that this stuff didn’t work for them because I am on day 2 with 5 applications already and I have MUCH improvement. I was worried spending the money but holy relief it’s so worth it. Thank you Dr. Butler for saving my ass!!!!
