I'm very happy with the end result of this shed! You CANNOT put it together without 2 sets of hands! Beware, it took me about 3 hours with my wife's help. Pretty straight forward instructions and all the pieces fit without issues. It fit perfectly into the space between our house and the fence.

Purchased to use as a coop for Guinea fowl. Neighbors have a rubbermaid shed that they converted for similar use and after seeing how nice it is to have an easily cleanable building I decided to look for a similar option. I found the Keter Manor to be the best priced by a large margin so I took the risk and bought it. A few things prospective buyers should note: 1: Assembly is a 2-3 person job. Pieces need to be held together as they are screwed together, not doable as a solo job. 2: This shed requires a flat surface to be set and assembled on. I used a few pallets and a piece of OSB and then screwed the shed down to it through the anchor points (located on the inside corners) and it has been rock solid so far and the door opens without a problem. 3: The other reviews aren't wrong, the material the Keter is made out of is not as thick or durable feeling as the rubbermaid brand sheds. However, it has stood strong and dry through a few end of season blizzards, 60 mph winds, rainstorms and hail and is no worse for wear. Birds are happy and healthy and dry inside so far and the weather has been anything but mild. Any fears about this shed being made of subpar materials are gone, it doesn't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. Overall, for my purposes I don't think you can match the Keter Manor for anywhere near the price I bought it for. I am super happy with my purchase and would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Pluses Easily DYI in just a few hours - Took hubby and son 2 hours. One person could do it but the roof would be hard. Instructions were easy to follow. It looks very nice. It has a really cute style. It is waterproof. The door can be latched. Latch is easy to use and works- with a place for an optional padlock. No funny odors. I expected it to smell like plastic but it didn't. Easily moved if empty. Holds a LOT of full totes stacked high. Negatives Not very secure - you can padlock it but the sides could be cut into with something sharp. It's light so it could blow away during storms here,. (When empty, filling it adds weight.) Vents could let bugs in. I needed a storage shed quickly and no one in my home town had anything! I ordered this on eBay and it was delivered and up in 3 days. My husband helped the guys take it off the truck and we moved it directly onto our truck. It comes in a very large box. Next, he took everything out and set it up by our privacy fence, and checked- everything was there. From that time to the time it was finished was about 2 hours. My son did help- it really helps to do the roof if you have 2 people. Now, it is like a corrugated plastic and it is light, but it looks very nice and while it was light when empty, it wasn't empty long-it's perfect for storing totes of stuff. It holds a lot if you stack them up tall. We checked it before putting anything in it, and it is waterproof. Now, know if someone wanted to get in it, they probably could with just a box cutter assuming they weren't too dumb. Also note, it has vents that are large enough to let roaches in. We put screen up on the inside over the vents to help prevent that. I think it was a good price at under $400 for that much storage that quick. We had thought that we would have someone build us a building, but around here that is easier to think of than to see done- I could not PAY someone to build a building on my hill. The fact that this is easily DIY goes a long way with me.

I'm pretty impressed with this little shed. After reading all the reviews, I really didn't expect it to be as nice as it is. Yes, it's not a thick hard shed. But, it very sturdy once assembled and looks great. They figured out how to lighten the product for shipping to save you on shipping cost, without sacrificing strength. The only think I wish was different was that the window plexiglass was thicker, but I may cut my own peice and change that out. I would buy again.

This shed works great as a hen house. We have it inside a fully enclosed 12ft x 20ft (approx) enclosure, which we refer to as the coop. We've had chickens in the past at a previous house & knew we wanted somewhere between 5-8 hens, something super easy to clean & maintain, & that we could walk into rather than crawl in or only have arm access to the inside & this fit the bill. Most all the premade & kit chicken houses are so small & a terrible bother to clean (think about that before you buy one, even if it's cute). The advantages to this: *plastic, so harder for mites & other chicken pests to infest - pests love wood. *reasonably easy to assemble with a couple people *walk-in access for retrieving eggs or hens *hose down inside & out for easy cleaning *lightweight for easy moving if needed (but might be an issue in super windy flat areas?) *enough room inside to put some roots, nesting boxes & a little supplies *attractive from outside, looks like a cute little gray "house" Downsides: *lightweight so could be a problem for folks in windy, flat areas? *need a couple people to assemble it *might be too hot inside if not put in a shady area We have ours inside the large coop/enclosure which is in a protected, shady area, so wind & sun not a huge problem. We also removed the plastic window for better airflow & removed the plastic floor so it's bare ground inside (we do a natural composting dirt method for our litter). However, the plastic floor could be an added asset for those using a more traditional litter method & like the rest could be easily hosed down to clean. For a hen house it works great & is much more reasonably priced than the "cute" ready-made & kit hen houses that are on the market for 5+ chickens.

Love this little shed ! The material is somewhat like a garage door type of material , it is lightweight and water proof , it's so roomy and spacious I'm 5'2 and i can walk inside and have a ton of space . It's not a heavy or super strong material but it's perfect for just a tool shed or even a childs play house ! Im probably going to get another one so we could have his and hers storage shed lol . It's fairly easy to assemble i recommend an electric screwdriver it actually took us a little longer using a manual screwdriver , the roof is a little difficult to out on and align the grooves i recommend three people for that . over all I'm happy and would buy another one !

We have paired this building with a kennel full of rescue cats. And yes, we voided the warranty by altering the building but it is perfect for our intended use. Surprising sturdy. In our case we did anchor it down because its not going to have a lot of weight inside. Shipment was received without damage. I have no complaints.

My Brother and I assembled this in about 2 hours with no issues except my battery powered still dying before we had finished putting some of the screws in that had to go through the few pieces of metal on it. It seems rather cheap til you get it together and then you see it is really sturdy. Once together it's pretty tough.

Bought this over the summer. Used Amazon local installers to build. I probably could have done it after watching the installers, but they did it in 2 hours and i am sure i would have spent a weekend doing it. Very secure and sturdy. I have fit 3 bikes, 9 folding chairs, 2 window A/C units and still have some more room. Could have used a shelf but do not think the walls can hold much weight.

My wife and I have two Keter sheds that have lasted years in the desert sun so when we needed another small one we looked to buy another Keter. We decided on the Keter 4X6 because of our past experience. Before we bought it we read the manual on line to make sure we could build it because my wife and I are in our 70’s. It looked like a straight forward construction. After ordering we built the suggested floor structure out of plywood and 2X4s and had it in place when it arrived. We unpacked it and started construction in the backyard. The assembly took us under 4 hours and was straight forward and as expected without any surprises. Once it was assembled it was sturdy, despite the honeycomb walls and floors due to the excellent engineering. The door frame and door have metal edges for durability and fit perfectly. I recommend you have the floor support built before it arrives. The only tools we used were scissors and a drill for the screws.
