Product works great, give it a little more time than the back says. Kept my mash at 70 F for 10 days and all the yeast was completely reacted and had a good 20% yield. Kinda got a yeasty taste, but you get what you pay for here. Buying again

It Actually Works in the Time Promised

A lot of yeasts (including, unfortunately, the Alcotec 24 hour yeast) don't deliver in the time they promise. This one does. I was truly surprised when this yeast did as it said. Fast and more importantly, not nasty.

Highly Active Yeast

Product worked as described. Spiked yeast from a starter into my prep and within 12 hours vigorous release of CO2 was noted.

Made our very first batch of home brew with this yeast. It turned out very good, which was surprising, because we thought we would have to make a couple of batches to get the yeast amount right. As it was, we got it right the first time with this product, and now that is all we use!

Best yeast for a good solid fermentation...I usually leave it in a bit longer for a little higher alcohol content. No funny after taste either.

This is about as good as it gets.

Can't beat this yeast! It does what they say it will. I've had experience with other yeast and seriously, you can't beat this stuff. It's fast and very alive!
