This was a great product - I usually buy Bell & Evans chicken from Whole Foods but this was half the price and just as good. No retained water, fresh, and juicy.

happy with the quality, no weird spots and only 1 thick ligament out of 5 drumsticks. coated them with spiced and some corn starch and put them on a rack on a pan in the oven. the skin crisped up nicely and i covered with a thin layer of BBQ sauce when they were fully cooked. delicious. would buy again
