Fire Pit Poker
A must have for those that barbeque with wood or charcoal all the time. No more burning your fingers.

Great for backyard fires, and camp fires.
We use this pit poker in our back yard fire pit and when we go camping to adjust the wood. It has helped us gain more control over the fires we build and had created a safer experience when having a fire. If I were to buy this again, I would choose the longer option since our fires get so big, however, this size is perfect for fireplaces in the house.

But the overall durability and construction is great. I would consider the above mentioned things to ...
BEWARE of the end of a screw sticking out of the handle. Had to file that off before giving it as a gift. That and the varnish wore off the handle within weeks. But the overall durability and construction is great. I would consider the above mentioned things to be cosmetic and fixable for the price.

Better than a 7-iron!
I use it for spreading charcoal on my grill. The little hooky-things are great for positioning and rounding up stray coals. I guess it would work well in a fireplace but I have a set of tools for that. Better than the old golf club I was using.
