What is there to say about Office 365 download version? Well I partially want to review my experience on Amazon, then I will lightly review the Office product as a whole or suite, I won't dive into each software title or application. Immediately I realized that the integration with OneDrive app and Office 365 was a little rough. I haven't explored that further yet. I also haven't logged into my MS account as well and it seems to require you to do that to upload documents through Office 365 instead of using their separate OneDrive app. So that through me off a little. The process of purchasing and downloading from Amazon was pretty seamless. I thought I would have to grab the product code, go to office.com and redeem it manually. I like how their link connects you directly into your account (assuming you are signed in under the correct account) and it inputs the product key and you basically just have to choose a few different options and accept. One of the best features I like of this Suite is that it comes with 60 Skype minutes per month. This is a smaller added bonus as this is good for the random call or 2 that I may do when I do not want to use my cell phone. Or I just want to be able to talk on my computer to someone else using their cell phone. I also love the 1GB of cloud storage in OneDrive. Now I know there are die-hard fans that will always prefer Google over Microsoft, but 8 out of 10 times I will prefer a Microsoft product vs. Google and I ultimately love the OneDrive experience. All be it, I type this in Google Chrome which I absolutely love. So that is 1 out of those 10 times. So that is an added perk as well. Also Microsoft recently came about with 2016 versions of the Office programs so that is what I have. Seems to be pretty solid and I just do not like how you have to pay for it annually. However, that may not be as bad if I can get it on-sale every year from Amazon.

I agree with some, that the installation wasn't problem free. For a novice it might be hard to follow. But once it's instlalled, everything works great. And I really like some of the new features in some of the apps. I was working with Office Online; I didn't realize how much I use some of the features that are in the full version, as opposed to the online versions. I have always found having the office suite to be a real lifesaver, and I've found a lot of creative ways to use it. For me, it's worth the money.

took me a while to get up the courage to go in the cloud - but - LOVE IT no going back - seriously, one happy camper here!

I had work at home copies of MS Office based on having official full copies at work. When I left the company I was required to sign an affidavit stating that I had removed the software from my home computers. This solved my problem of how to get the software for my desktop and my laptop PCs and allowed me to add the apps to my iPhone, my wife's iPhone and her iPad. As some of you are aware iOS will display office documents but not with the correct formatting. Now I can view email attachments in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats correctly.

A very inexpensive way for your first purchase or renew your Office 365 subscription. I renewed by copying the product code key from the download area, and then went to my Microsoft account and under Payment & Billing, under Payment Settings go to redeem a card or code and paste the new code there. I uncheck the auto-renew option so I can always get a better deal and redeem another code next year. You should get a reminder when your subscription expires.

Great improvement in Outlook and Word/Excel are more stable and run faster. Much cleaner interface for them all. I love OneNote as well.

Thanks Amazon for saving me a few bucks on the product. Download and coupon code process is flawless and tightly integrated with Microsoft. You get 5 PC licenses with this. I was buying a 3 license pack for Mac and another 1 license pack for PC. I was able to use the codes on my macs and PC. I was able to give away one of the licenses to a friend. No problems there. It was actually coming out cheaper for me to buy the annual license and renew than to buy a PC and a Mac version every 3 years.

You should definitely get this if it's on sale, BUT be aware that Microsoft bills differently for this than it does for other existing autorenewal subscriptions such as Xbox Live GOLD. For GOLD, if you have an existing autorenewal subscription and buy a subscription card, your autorenewal billing date is pushed out to the end of said subscription card. However, if you do the same Office 365 your subscription will autorenew AND bill as previously scheduled, and then the next autorenew date will be pushed out to the end of the subscription card period.

I owned Office 2007 for several years and all of my old files were accepted by the newer versions. I like that any new features or upgrades will be coming my way with an annual subscription. As a writer and researcher I find the OneNote and Word combination invaluable. The Cloud feature allows me to work from several computers or to add a random inspiration from anywhere using my phone. Also: I had some trouble because I had more than one Microsoft account and that made the transition difficult. I called Microsoft support and got immediate help. The technician listened to me and patiently worked with me to quickly solve the problem. I bought the 5 subscription and found that to be an amazing bargain. My family members now have all of the same great tools on their computers.

I was able to copy the keycode into my existing office 365 subscription and renew it for another year.
