AMAZING TOY!

This is an amazing toy!!! It has many many uses besides the counting, classification... I use this to talk to my children about different types of families and is terrific!! He can create multiple different families because of the amount of pieces it has. As a therapist I also use it with client and is a great conversation starter in sessions!!! Quality, size and packaging is perfect!!!

Great alternative

These have been great in my block center. I decided against the people figurines due to cost. Because these are not race, culture or gender specific they work great for imaginative play without excluding or showing racial preference due to cost.

Perfect for littles

Students have really liked using these people in a variety of ways. Really durable and can be used in may was for many things. Great for young school aged children!

Favorite toy at preschool!

I bought these for my daughter's preschool class of 14 for Christmas. We're coming up on two months and this is still the favorite toy in the class. All the children love the family figures. The figures are super sturdy and really cute. I've observed the children playing with these a couple times and they play together and interact with these, not just play next to each other. The teachers have also commented how much "play time" these get. Seems like these will last a really long time if the kiddos don't squirrel them home in their pockets!

Therapist approved

I am a family therapist, and I use these with my kiddos. They are great! One little girl played with them for the entire hour. I love that they have all ages represented, and that you can use your imagination with them. I am thinking they will also be a great addition to my sandtray collection.

Great size, good variety, multiple uses

Bought these for my therapy office. These are the perfect size since I don't have a very big dollhouse. The kids enjoy using them to play dolls. I love that they are colors of the rainbow instead of skin tones. I also love that they have no facial expressions and a wide variety of characters to choose from. These have also been excellent for doing genograms, so far with kids ages 6-12. And they are great for exploring relationships within the household.

The BEST keep me busy/counting/sorting toy!

I can't tell how much my daughter loves this family:) we have it for a couple months now and she plays with it every day. She sorts the colors matches the families we're carrying at least two families everywhere:)) it such a great toy to keep her busy at a doctor office or restaurant and they easily fit even in her pockets and extra bonus for the material cool to touch!!!

Fun and versatile learning tool!

Love these manipulatives! Great for sorting, counting, talking about families, pretend play and more. I was pleasantly surprised that they came in an organized set, (two of each character in each color) as I assumed the color/character assortment was random. So much fun to play with, the limbs are pliable, and don't seem to be prone to easy breaking. Some of the figures don't stand up at all and many aren't steady, but still a fabulous product! Parents really hold the baby and sturdy parents can still stand while holding the baby. Great quality! We also purchased the dinosaur set and love those too

Quick Service - Pleased with Product

These characters are easily used in therapy. They have gender identities and clients are able to assign their own meanings because they have no facial or other physical expression. I am very pleased with the proportions between the adults, children, babies and pets. A few do not stand on flat surfaces but I am using them in sand and that is not a problem for me.
