Full disclosure, I use these for pimples. I suffer from painful, often cystic hormonal breakouts that almost come to a head but are never easily poppable on their own. These lancets prevent me from picking and doing damage to my face by quickly, easily, and less painfully helping with drainage. I cleanse the skin, prick the pimple, gently drain, dab some BP and cover with a hydrocolloid bandage. It’s made such a different in terms of scaring (now I don’t) and my acne heals so much faster I’m not advocating lancing your zits, but if you have to pick, these lancets are a godsend at keeping things clean, and minimizing scaring.

However, purchasing on the open market is a whole new world, especially when your checking ketones for a ketogenic program until you transition to eating daily intermittent fasting.
