Good stuff

Who knew? We ordered this On the advice of our horticulturist to keep a recently cut tree from sprouting where it's unwanted. Drill holes about 1/2-1 inch, as deep as possible, pack holes, and refill as necessary. Much less expensive than magnesium sulfate at gardening centers, and it works like a charm. Feels good in a tub, too, when the work is finished!

Very relaxing

I used these epsom salts for bath-time with my baby at night to help make the process more relaxing and soothing. I often would draw a regular bath with these salts and have me and baby take a bath together. Not only was it relaxing for my son, it was also great for my postpartum healing. I was unable to do recommended sitz baths several times a day because, well, I had a new baby! So using these in the bathtub was perfect for both me and my little guy.

Love this, no irritation. Healed my cyst too

I have sensitive skin, so this is a great product. It still smells amazing and leaves my skin smooth. I had a cyst on the Inside of my upper leg, doctor checked it out and suggested I soak in epsom salt. After 5 baths it totally went away.

After pushing a small human out of my intimate parts I had the pleasure of getting hemorrhoids. Being too embarrassed to go to the doctor I decided to try some home treatments. After some googling I decided to follow the advice of the internet and soak my aching bum in a sitz bath which is basically epsom salt with warm water in a basin. Did a great job and I have plenty more for many more sitz baths. You can even use it to soak in the tub, for aching muscles. My bum and I are happy with the purchase.

Helpful for runner training pains

I am a distance runner that has been having some training pains from all the time spent running and in the gym so I decided to give this product a try. The first time I used it I soaked in the bath for about 20 minutes and could immediately feel my muscles loosen up. The next morning I felt a noticeable amount of relief from the soreness in my legs and now incorporate at least one epsom salt bath per week into my routine. This product has undoubtedly improved my recovery time. A++

Detox hangover but it’s seemingly working

I took one bath and immediately got a sore throat and ears (signaling a cold coming on). I’m not sure if the bath pulled it out of me. I took a second bath the following day and felt about 85% of my pain was relieved and the cold symptoms were gone! It has helped my inflammation and I’ll continue to use this brand. I got 2 baths out of the bag using 2 cups per sesh. Could stretch it to 3 if I used 1.5 cups.

Just relax! You may need a good oil rub after salt bath. Try mild hot water instead of very hot water, less drying of skin. I will keep in medicine cabinet.

Very nice bath salts

I ordered this one a whim, it has a lot of great stuff in it for more than just allergies. The salts are finer than other Epsom salts I’ve used. I would also set these would be good for when your sick or if you have sore muscles, very cooling.

Soak in Magnesium and Essential Oils (that you can add)- WONDERFUL!

The Magnesium in Epsom Salts are very beneficial for muscle aching, relaxation, and aiding in good sleep (for me). I have much arthritis and muscle aching/pain, and Epsom salts help as much as anything. I love unscented bath products because I add my own essential oils to the salts. Along with the benefits of magnesium, I get the added benefits of the essential oils. This product dissolves quickly in warm bath water. I will buy this again.

Amazing!!!

Have been wanting to try epsom salt for some time, and feel like I got so lucky trying this brand first. It is amazing! After a grueling workout that normally leaves me sore the next day, I took a bath with 3/4 cup of this salt. It made the water feel so soft (does that make sense...?). After about 25 minutes I got out and showered as usual. I slept like an angel, my skin feels amazing, and the best part...ZERO pain the next day! I have also used it with some coconut oil as a body scrub which left my skin feeling smooth as silk. The packaging is no-fuss and easy to use. I will be buying this time and time again -- it is a miracle product!!
