This is the 5th non stick square pan I've bought and hopefully my last. So far, eggs and pancakes come out perfectly without sticking, and clean up is a breeze. Heat the pan before adding the food and cook on low heat. The red color perks up my kitchen.

This pan is great. After purchasing 2 allegedly "nonstick" pans that I won't mention (but they rhyme with bean birth), I was getting pretty frustrated. I took a chance on this pan & have not been disappointed. I've used it regularly for a few months without any sticking issues so it gets 5 stars & those other pans are now row markers in my vegetable garden...so I guess they were good for something after all.

Great small frying pan. We needed a small pan to replace another that had lost it's nonstick qualities. This one is excellent - very much nonstick, heats evenly (we use gas), and cleans up easy. Great value for the money.

I bought the skillet for my husband who eats a fried egg almost every day of the week . We had purchased other non-stick pans but the egg would always end up sticking. We use this pan exclusively for eggs and I always hand wash it ..after reading the instructions that recommend that, as dishwasher detergent is very hard on surfaces . It is been a great pan and cooks the eggs evenly with no sticking. We do follow all the instructions that came with the pan to ensure a longer lasting life . I would recommend this pan if you like eggs that do not stick to your pan.

This is not just any old fry pan. The purchase of this pan turned out to be educational. I had no idea as to why my other aluminum fry pans were warped in the middle. Being curious I read the instructions for the pan and found out I had been doing bad things to my pans. Like adding cold water directly after using and not letting the pan heat up for a few minutes before adding food to it. Now, I know how to care for the pans and expect this pan to have a much longer life then the others that I have owned. Following these new guidelines will save me money in the long run. I recommend reading the info given with the pan, it is really worth the time and effort.

I adore this pan! it is everything I wanted! Great for pancakes, grilled cheese, small stir fry. Once I seasoned it, perfect non-stick surface! Easy to clean and holding up perfectly as I use it every day, sometimes twice a day. Not too heavy, which is a big deal for me, and just the size for my gas stove to cover the entire surface of flame so I dont burn myself. Buy it, y'all be so glad you did!

I have a smaller pan just like this that I got through the VINE program - It is the same brand and color and it has lasted me a long time now in HEAVY use. I've been known to use that one, wash it out, and use it for something else in the same meal. I was so happy to get this larger one. I used it today and it checks out to the same quality as my old well-loved pan. It easily held 3 hamburger steaks. These pans are so easy to wash- it only takes a second no matter what I've ever cooked in them! The handle is silicon and easy to wash- stuff slides off it too. The handle is very comfortable, and there is no hot spots in these pans. I've got one of those magnetic induction hot spots, and these pans won't work with those. I just use mine on my regular electric range. I was watching this pan for a while. I was tickled to see the price go down to 19.99. These are a great value. In these, often I cook eggs (the 8" makes a perfect 'waffle house' style & size omelet), hashbrowns, cornbeef hash, saute mushrooms, onions, and other veggies. I got this size for salmon and quick steaks and to brown cubed chicken. Best non-stick skillets EVER. No unhealthy fumes! Love them! I only use plastic and bamboo in mine and I've not had any problems with scratches or coating loss. I bought this one from Amazon, I'm not sure why my review is not showing that. :/ It might be because I got the smaller size free to review.

I had a smaller pan from this company for about 10 years, and it's still holding up (a few minor scratches and stains on the bottom - just don't use metal), so I figured I'd get a bigger pan from the same company. This pan is great! Very non-stick. I make sure not to turn it above medium, as I do with all my nonstick pans (save the high heat for the stainless steel or carbon). So far so good. It's great to have a big pan so I can cook more stuff when I need a non-stick surface.

If I had to rate this pan after 18 months of use, I would give it 5 out of 5 stars, just like I have in this review. That's because the pan itself is a great non-stick surface which has helped with dietary concerns of using excessive butter or oil as a lubricant to keep food from sticking. However, I will say the handle of this pan needs to be tightened on a semi-regular basis, which is confusing because I'm not overly aggressive like those pancake flippers. At the end of the day, if you like non-stick pans and you're okay with turning a screw clock wise anywhere from 180 to 365 degrees on a bi-monthly basis, then this is the pan for you. Those that are complaining their pans are warped are probably using them as weapons (not intended use) or a scratched surface (using metal utensils on a non-stick pan) are not ones to worry about.

I just bought this for a friend who was looking for a good omelet pan. I bought one for myself 3 months ago and have used it daily since then, and I love it! The bottom that meets the gas flame has become stained from olive oil spilled over the edge (I still use a little oil or butter even though it's a nonstick), but I'm careful with the interior, never using metal spoons or metal spatulas, and it is still perfect. I use a little dish soap and a wet paper towel, wipe and rinse and it's ready to go again. The rivets sometimes take a little more attention since I like to crisp the cheese along the edge of omelets, but a quick scrape with my thumbnail does the trick to clean them. I don't cook tomatoes in it, or other acidic foods; I have an All-Clad stainless I use for those. I also still use an older nonstick (a Greenpan that no longer works as an omelet pan because it sticks a bit) for things like fresh blueberry pancakes. I may be underestimating the Ecolution's potential by limiting its use, but having a dependable omelet pan is a must for me. My Greenpan was treated the same way initially, but it started sticking after a couple of months, even after extra cleaning to address using oils. Unlike stainless pans, nonsticks don't last forever. My Calphalon nonstick was the longest lived before this one, lasting about two years, but I paid a lot more for it, and I like this one better.
